I was most impressed with this restaurant - truly first class Indian food and a reasonable price for its location in London. The staff were helpful and cheerful throughout.

Lovely food, good quantities, hot and tasty, helpful staff, quick service. We visited twice and both times were great. The premises were clean and tidy.

Very friendly service and a good price for what we ate. Unfortunately it was not possible to order food from the menu. Buffet quite delicious!

The overall service was good - almost too fast. Although I had booked I was just shown to the nearest table and they didn't ask for my name. The chicken tikka masala tasted good and but with no dish warmer it soon cooled down.

Excellent Tikka, but they served with chicken not with the lamb I ordered. Good selection of wine. Setting in the restaurant is fine, well aired

Cracking little restaurant, happy to use again when I'm back in the Paddington area. Tip - book in advance if you can, it does get busy.

Very tasty!! Not spicy but full of those great Indian flavors. Try the many different naan's you won't be disappointed. Reservations are easy via quandoo or their website.

Second time I have been here and I will visit again. Food could have been a bit spicier but it was tasty anyway. I regularly stay at a hotel close by so it's convenient, located close to Paddington Station and Tube. Reasonably priced and the service is fine although a little slow last nite. Only complaint; limited wine list!

The food was good, especially the naan. However, it really felt like the waiters were rushing everything. Granted, we were there close to closing time, but it really felt like the staff were rushing to get us to leave. This made our visit less enjoyable. Not sure I would return.

We booked for 8.00 pm and because of traffic delays arrived 20 minutes late. At first they didn't want to give us a table and we would have had to wait for another 30 minutes but they relented and seated us near the window which was fine. After that the food was pretty good - my colleague particularly was impressed by the prawn puri -and the service was fast.

Buffet only on weekday lunchtime. Not much choice. Food not hot. Cheap though. We paid under £13 each and that included a glass of wine. Plus you can eat all you want.

Lovely food, really really tasty and I love Indian so it can be hard to impress me! Also great location not far from Hyde Park, would definitely go again if staying nearby!!

Food was excellent, and the portions generous compared to most Indian restaurants. The butter chicken and Lamb Korai especially good. The dahl was runny and disappointing. The staff rather pre-occupied and aloof. Our table, as with a lot in the first part of the restaurant, meant that you were constantly being bumped into by staff and arriving customers. The lighting is not very attractive, so ambiance altogether does not match up to the food.
