Excellent food and great value. We had the lunchtime carvery and were very impressed with the fantastic selection of meat and vegetables available. Service was good and we will certainly be returning.

The Nailers Arms is a very good pub. It is set in a beautiful village and offers very good food. The Carvery is exceptional and at a very good price. I took friends today that hadn't been before and they were very impressed with the whole package.

The choice between carvery meals and off the menu options was very popular with our party. Staff very helpful and it was a good overall experience. Will come back again.

Wonderful food, excellent service. Denise was particularly attentive to us and appeared to work in all departments a wonderful waitress. Would certainly recommend to others.

Good, prompt service, lovely food., excellent prices. The carvery is legend in these parts! A sheer plethora of veg (cauliflower cheese, dauphinois potatoes, swede and carrot mash, roast parsnips, roast potatoes, new potatoes, cabbage, peas, sweetcorn......)

Very nice food, well cooked. Go if your hungry! Good sized portions. Friendly, smiling staff. Book a table! We went on a Thursday and it was packed!

Massive portions..brilliant, friendly staff. Meals came quickly, were hot and delicious. Our famil always come and celebrate birthdays and special occasions here in differing numbers and have never been dissapointed. Affordable prices too.

The table we had was a little cramped and the carvery was a bit expensive. The staff were very good and the place was bright and clean.

Don't usually order a carvery as vegetables are usually not cooked enough for me but it looked so nice I did. Definitely recommend it, beef was cooked perfectly and the veg plus the gravy was so tasty. Portions so large I didn't finish it! You must go!

Fantastic selection of vegetables but a bit mean on the amount of meat served on the carvery. Usually get more meat than was offered on this occasion. Otherwise a very nice meal.

Can't seem to cope when busy. When we arrived were told it would be at least an hour for food unless we wanted the carvery

It was the first time we went to The Nailer's Arms and i will definitely be going again, i would defiietly use Quandoo again too very good

The only place to have a carvery! Warm and welcoming staff who will accommodate any request. The interior very modern. The food is amazing wether you have the famous carvery or chose to eat off the menu. You will not be disappointed.

Excellent service nice and friendly staff ,very clean, will definitely be visiting again .Not local to me but worth the travel ,like the idea of booking online quick and easy .

Lovely food and good service, bit disappointing to be told at the beginning of the meal when we would have to vacate the table as this was not mentioned at the time of booking

Always enjoy our visit here. Lovely pub. Staff are amazing and always so helpful and happy. We always have a carvery and it is by far the best carvery we have had.

The staff were friendly. The food was excellent, piping hot and good value. We booked a table in advance and was glad we did. The restaurant was very busy.

Lovely carvery hot and staff very friendly and not a bad price pleasant atmosphere a large choice of vegetables and really simple to book on line

We were happy with our meals and will revisit again as there was a lot of variety of veg and the meat was great and tastefully

I thought the food was pretty basic. The chicken pie I had was poor and my wife's turkey was dry and there was no cranberry or any other sauce. We will not be going there again

Superb carvery can't be beaten. Succulent meat, super range of vegetables. 5 stars. Great value at under 6 pound. Would highly recommend this venue. Nice grounds

Lovely place even if you just want to sit outside, the menu is quite simple not 10 pages long, the food and beer is excellent, we have been twice already and have another table booked to try the carvery this time

Not fine dining but good quality food at a very good price. Generous helpings of meat at the carvery cut fairly thick not shaved into see through slices like most carveries and a good selection of vegetables. Other options on the menu if you don't like carvery. Desserts are large ( even the small options ) very busy so booking is advisable
