A gem in Dudley. Attentive service in a lovely ambience. Food was plentiful, better than average, well-presented, piping hot, and all as requested. Gentleman who seated us was observant of social distancing and was knowledgeable regarding the wine list. Pleasant & respectful too. The restaurant was quiet (apart from unobtrusive music) and the whole experience was satisfying....especially as it was the first restaurant my elder mother had eaten in for over 115 days!

Waited for over an hour. Food came. Mine was bad quality lamb. Meal was in a bowl instead of plate. Overall bad. Mrs enjoyed her steak. I wouldn’t return.

Delicious fish and chips and good service in a lovely atmosphere.

Food and service was ok 2 out of 3 visits have been spoiled by noisy kids from other diners running around even later in the evening. So not sure if thus was just bad luck or not. Therefore not so good if you want a quiet night out but ok for large rowdy groups!

Unruly kids running around tables spoilt the night 2nd time in 3 visits this has happened. Food and service ok but again 2 out of 3 visits they ran out of wine on the list.

Incredible food, the service isn't the quickest but 100% worth it. It's cute and quaint. The atmosphere is lovely, romantic but not over the top. Would definitely recommend, will be back.

Superb staff, lovely place and excellent food. We came away from there feeling content and happy.

Food was nice but service was a bit slow. Had to walk up to the bar and wait for a server to return so we could pay because they vanished for several minutes. Had to ask for menus, steak knife etc. The decor is lovely but little touches let it down such lack of soft drinks and condiments in tiny packets like a cafe.

Went on valentines evening,.. was a set menu but had something for everyone,.. the food was excellent.. the staff were very friendly and helpful... would definitely recommend it and will definitely be going back...

Service was incredibly slow, no indication given that it was a set menu or the price of the set menu, food was barely warm, staff seemed uninterested as if they had better places to be. Bit disappointing

First visit to The Glasshouse lovely restaurant. Food was hot, delicious and beautifully presented. Not a big menu but not a problem because what they do is excellent. Don’t change a thing can’t wait to return 👌

Great place, good quality and priced food. Only a little issue with dessert the cheesecake tasted sour and gone off. But, once notified to staff it was taken off bill. So no major issue. Would go again
