Food was lovely , staff were pleasant, music not to loud , and we would visit again

Incredible food, the service isn't the quickest but 100% worth it. It's cute and quaint. The atmosphere is lovely, romantic but not over the top. Would definitely recommend, will be back.

Superb staff, lovely place and excellent food. We came away from there feeling content and happy.

Food was nice but service was a bit slow. Had to walk up to the bar and wait for a server to return so we could pay because they vanished for several minutes. Had to ask for menus, steak knife etc. The decor is lovely but little touches let it down such lack of soft drinks and condiments in tiny packets like a cafe.

Went on valentines evening,.. was a set menu but had something for everyone,.. the food was excellent.. the staff were very friendly and helpful... would definitely recommend it and will definitely be going back...

Service was incredibly slow, no indication given that it was a set menu or the price of the set menu, food was barely warm, staff seemed uninterested as if they had better places to be. Bit disappointing

First visit to The Glasshouse lovely restaurant. Food was hot, delicious and beautifully presented. Not a big menu but not a problem because what they do is excellent. Don’t change a thing can’t wait to return 👌

Great place, good quality and priced food. Only a little issue with dessert the cheesecake tasted sour and gone off. But, once notified to staff it was taken off bill. So no major issue. Would go again

The old glasshouse ,I found the best place in dudley.this was our first visit and we were very impressed with the service the food and the price.If you are looking for quality then this is the place to go .

Disappointing compared to previous visits. No Lime cordial for drink but did go to shops for some. French Sauvignon Blanc turned out to be Californian, no Brandy! The bar manager obviously incompetent!

Just a very bad experience , The service was shocking , Nothing wrong with the staff , just couldn't cope with to many people . Waited 30 minutes to be asked what we wanted to then be told only the fixed menu was available .Couldn't get a drink and ended up going to the bar myself , Not that is a problem. Starter did eventually come and they were a best OK . another 40 minutes for the mains to arrive , These were shocking and we ate hardly anything . We reported this to the manager who swiftly apologised and removed one of the meals from the bill . He admitted they were overwhelmed with to many people . We won't be going back .
