Had a lovely lunch with a friend. Although it was the lunchtime menu there was a really good selection of food. Food was great and staff very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back soon.

Food very nice but Prawn & crab cocktail difficult to eat without spilling sauce everywhere though. Also, staff seemed a bit keen for us to leave after we finished our food even though not busy and not closing time.

On arrival we were disappointed to see a sign stating cash only, especially in light of Covid-19. There was a very restricted Sunday menu. 2 of us out of 4 ordered the beef roast dinner which was a huge mistake. The food was Luke warm, the beef was very tough & chewy & the veg was very undercooked including the roast potatoes and the Yorkshire pudding was soggy. The meals were returned & we decided not to have anything else. The restaurant is generally dirty especially the one shared toilet. We will not be returning.

Great food. Serving staff a little uncoordinated as we had 2 staff ask us if we wanted drinks, our order and the bill. However, the food was fantastic, prices are exceptional and portion size is just right.

A pick out of the hat but it was a fantastic location with absolutely beautifully cooked food. The staff were a testament to excellence in service with attentive but not overly swamping us. This evening has a fine example of all the good things about service quality food beautifully cooked and presented. Thank you this experience has been truly excellent, bravo to the old Glass House.

Steak chips and onion rings was bland. I have cooked better myself. Chips and onion rings were like frozen products from the supermarket. The bbq chicken lacked cheese. Wasn’t fully eaten. Wasn’t very nice at all. Disappointing and won’t be back.

Even though my table was booked at 17 00 they didnt open til 17.10. They dont have a wine list, when i asked about wine. The food was ok. Nothing special.

Food was amazing,delicious. The slow cooked beef just feel apart, was so tender. Waiting staff could have been a little more attentive but they were polite and friendly. We will be visiting again. A really beautiful meal.
