Very pleasant evening, delicious food, nothing fancy just wholesome grub...the Porterhouse pork chop was incredible whilst friends had the cottage pie and the gammon...both looked lovely....and they had REAL CHIPS!!!

We visited yesterday and it was absolutely beautiful, we all had a 3 course and my mother in law was in love, she said she has never tasted food like it! The staff was absolutely amazing too! We will definitely be coming back 🥳

I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough. Driving past it may look a little unprepossessing, however the food and service are top quality. Proper home cooked quality food, good portions, a good menu and excellent value. Brilliant!!

This is our regular place to eat. All staff go over and above to accommodate a wheelchair using within our party. Assistance given with seating and positioning and nothing is too much trouble. Menu choice is second to none and we always receive a warm welcome and excellent care. Food is ALWAYS first class and fresh. The bigger chain pubs could learn alot from this team of exceptional folks. Always a pleasure to visit.
