Spotted Cow Sausage and Mash
A custom designed ‘Spotted Cow Sausage’ made in collaboration with our local butcher ‘Meat in the Square’. Containing Red Wine and Port Reduction, Garlic and Thyme run through locally sourced Beef Mince. Served with a Garlic and Thyme Mash, Seasonal Vegetables and a rich Onion Gravy.
Chicken, Mushroom and Tarragon Pie
A Homemade Chicken, Mushroom and Tarragon Pie in a classic Bechamel Sauce with a Choice of Puff Pastry or Short Crust Pastry Lid. Served with Seasonal Vegetables and a choice of Potato Side
Lambs Liver and Bacon
Pan Fried Lambs Liver and Crispy Streaky Bacon served on a bed of Garlic and Thyme Mashed Potato with a Rich Onion Gravy and Seasonal Vegetables. (Available as GFI)
