With a keen passion for supporting local business, and real, honest grub, The Swan Hotel Smoke & Taphouse serves up delicious homemade flat breads filled with beef brisket, smoked chicken or pulled pork, and packed baguettes with options like rump steak, blue cheese and fried onions; grilled gammon, mature cheddar and pineapple and smoked chicken and bacon, for the lunch goers.
For the later crowd, The Swan Hotel Smoke & Taphouse boasts a bevy of little plates like mac & cheese balls with smoked chipotle jam, smoked hot wing with your choice of dip and fully loaded potato skins topped with pulled pork and sour cream, to get your appetite prepared for the main event. Then, choose from British-style Smoke & Tap pie made with 16-hour smoked brisket with creamy mash; the black pudding and chorizo burger topped with egg, chilli cheese and smoky salsa or American baby back ribs smoked over cherry and apple wood chips and smothered in BBQ sticky glaze.
