As part of The Coriander group of London Indian restaurants, The Temple radiates quality. Here you’ll find a fusion of Indian, Bangladeshi and Nepalese cuisines, served in a stylish and relaxed restaurant at Jubilee Parade on Snakes Lane East, just a few seconds from Woodford underground station. For us, the seafood speciality dishes at The Temple are one of the main things that make the place so great, so try the gurkha jingha, king prawns marinated in whole grain mustard, lemon and ground spices, then cooked in a rich, medium sauce. The food and the reputation here speak for themselves, and we’re mighty sure you’ll leave with a smile on your face.
I book a table at the temple on the reviews on a site but was nervous about quality, but I was impressed the food was good quality well cooked and they cooked a dish with no spice for my 9 year old, we weren't rushed through our food and the waiters were attentive without hovering. The food was also reasonable priced, we will definitely be going here again as we all enjoyed it and the left overs the next morning
Very good service and fantastic food as always! Definitely recommend
Food and flavours good with exception of Bombay aloo. Menu o. Website different so needs updating. Table for 2 was a little close to next table for our liking. Overall good.
It was another excellent evening at one of my favourite Indian restaurants!
Excellent service, food good, but for 2 chillies rating out of 3, I would have expected a little more heat. Overall a good night out.
I always enjoy a meal at the Temple and often come here with friends and family. The chicken madras is one of my favourite dishes.
Very Slow service. Family with exceptionally annoying and loud children not kept under control, running about and ruining everyone's dining experience where we were seated. But food was faultless and at a quieter time it would've probably been better service.
Terrible service! Brought wrong drinks over a few times, waiter was rude to my friend and told her to wait her turn like she was a kid! The korma sauce was so runny it was not an enjoyable meal ! Will not return
