Food was ok , nothing to rush back for. Daughter got a drink and it was covered in lipstick, staff didn’t seem to care. Ordered chips with pizza never came but was charged for them, we did say! Overall disappointed ! Live Music was good .

My friend and I had the chicken and beef burgers and had cocktails and we really enjoyed them. The young member of staff who served our table was lovely and helpful and made us welcome. This has been our third time at the woods, I know i will be back.

Maria was excellent. Great service & turnaround as we were on the clock!!

We booked a table and was ready when we arrived. Had a voucher for 4 cocktails and nibbles. Great value although i did notice they now have restrictions on which cocktails you could have compared to last month when you could choose any.

Overall it was fantastic, food was lovely great portion sizes, glad we had booked a table as it was really busy which made it a tad noisy when trying to chat. Service was quick even although busy plenty of bar staff who could have been slightly more pleasant. Manager was a really nice girl, I would definitely recommend and go back.

We had a fab time. We had a great table next to the singer. We had some fab food and the cocktails are delicious.

Been to the woods a few times and always been great. Went on a Friday and the music was on, not too busy but busy at the same time. All in a very good atmosphere :)

Great atmosphere food was yummy staff very attentive and the singer was amazing will defo be heading back only downside toilets a trek to get to

Staff very friendly, a bit overpriced. Good mix of music & a good atmosphere on a Friday at 5pm when people have finished working for the week.

lovely helpful staff,great choice of cocktails ,one i had was superb,food was tasty apart from slightly overcooked chicken burger.sweet potato fries were delish.nice friendly atmosphere ,good loaction.

Best pub in Glasgow. Duffy singing on a Saturday night always makes for a brilliant night! Got to book in advance on a Saturday now cos it’s usually standing room only

Excellent service from the young waitress/barmaid, friendly, helpful and professional. Food was also to a good standard, well presented and cooked, I will go back again.

I was really disappointed with the lunch with my friends. We ordered 2 starters and 6 main courses. It took one hour to serve us and when the food finally came everything came together including starters. My friends nacos were congealed and all stuck together. She sent them back and had something else. I had the southern fried chicken and it was burnt. After the main meal was cleared away,nobody came back to ask if we wanted to see the menu again and my friend had ordered the cheesecake along with the original order but we had to ask for this. We were never asked if everything was OK and if we needed any drinks etc. The staff seemed to be rushed off their feet and it was down to one member of staff that a tip was left. I left The Woods very disappointed as my friends and I only meet up twice a year. Maybe just a busier day than normal but it wasn't memorable

Sat beside the door very cold area. Singer was too loud Food offered was not what was on Groupon menu when I bought voucher. Food was cold when brought to table. Very nice place however shame about the rest.

The service was very slow despite the pub being very quiet. The food was quite good though and staff were excellent. I enjoyed sitting in the comfortable booths.

Well priced good food on offer,live music,nice garden/ smoking area,live sports on tv,friendly staff,good location with great atmosphere and very mixed age group. I will be back!

A fantastic afternoon and evening spent with friends at the Woods Bar. The food was excellent, as were the drinks, especially the cocktails! Service was friendly and fast and the live music at night was amazing and made the atmosphere even better. Can highly recommend this venue.

Being a Friday, you expect everywhere to busy and this was the case. Table was reserved and we were shown to it on arrival. Someone else had occupied it and were asked to move. We had cocktails and food. We all found the service was excellent and as was the food. Staff were attentive and kept making sure that we were OK. Came across on a required basis to see if we needed anymore drinks and asked if we need. Just found the music a bit loud but, other than that, we had a great evening.

We had a fantastic afternoon and evening at The Woods. The food was amazing as were the Espresso Martinis and the staff were friendly and welcoming. An excellent atmosphere and we will definitely be back. Thank you!

The food was very poor. The soup had a skin on it. There wasn’t enough scotch eggs for our order. Those that did get one complained that they weren’t hot enough and had he yolks were hard. The main course that included the scotch egg (I can’t remember the name of it) had brick hard potato. Chef forgot to include chips with the steaks that had been ordered. We did get money off our bill when we complained. Waiting staff & bar were good.

Good food, live music ,great atmosphere,mixed crowd and sport on several screens, if your a smoker there's a smart courtyard which isn't full of smoke! also, nice staff too

My table wasn't reserved when we arrived so had to wait until other's were moved. One waiter was less than helpful and wasn't pleased when we asked him what cocktails they did and said we do everything.

Had very nice lunch in here. Club sandwich was very nice. Service was a bit slow but the staff were busy and very nice. Ideal location.

A great friendly bar with great sevice and pleasant atmosphere. I went for food and drinks to watch the football and had a great time

Food was ok atmosphere not so great. Layout meant we couldn’t see or hear the entertainment very well. Left after meal was over bar service slow.

Good value and great entertainment, enjoyed both cup finals followed by live music, the lone guatarist you top notch and the snack of skinny fries ... yum yum

Food was lovely and staff fantastic. Ordered main meals and sides with bread to start. Would recommend the bread & oils (cooked fresh) delicious. Will defo be going back x

Service and food was exceptional couldn't fault it, waitress was very helpful and quick and the food lovely. Would recommend it to my friends and family and would go again.

Lovely friendly waitress prompt service. Food was well cooked but would have liked the extra gravy I asked for. The guy playing guitar and singing was very good nice bonus. We will be back.
