For almost a decade, Tibo Bistro has been one of the most popular restaurants in the Dennistoun area of Glasgow. It’s absolutely loved by locals for its cosy interior, friendly service and honest, unpretentious Scottish food. Speaking of which, head chef David Macleod has put together a menu of homemade dishes that feature plenty of local produce, and there are options for whatever your dietary requirements might be. On Duke Street, Tibo Bisto is open from breakfast right through until dinner, but some of our favourites from the a la carte menu include the roast guinea fowl featuring confit leg & haggis samosa, parsnip purée, wild mushrooms, blackberries & jus, as well as the wild mushroom and truffle ravioli. Tibo Bistro is a real gem of Dennistoun and worth the trip from wherever you are in Glasgow.
Had lovely time. Waitress was very knowledgeable on what I could have that was gluten free. It was nice relaxed atmosphere and tasty food. Will be back.
