I tried to call to confirm the reservation twice and no answer, so I didn't go. Is it still open? I wasn't sure when there was no response?

First time here and after some initial confusion as they have recently changed the name of the restaurant we found ourselves in a charming little place. It was packed so well worth booking. After a mix-up with the tables which meant we had to move, the manager insisted our starters were on the house. We enjoyed a fabulous meal- the chicken supreme was divine, as was the bruschetta. Service was slow at times but it was a Saturday night and it was busy so not a complaint but do bear this in mind if you're hungry. Would definitely return. The atmosphere and food were top notch and very reasonable.

Great food and great service. I really recommend the restaurant. They use very fresh ingredients and the staff is very accomodating with any special dietary requests. One of my favourite restaurants in brmondsey street. Great Pizza!

Very good food (especially fine pizza dough) and warm service. It was also remarkably quit for talking, on a Sunday night. We will go back.

Great service and excellent food - always a nice buzz in the restaurant and a great location. Wood fired pizzas come out perfectly and a decent wine list to accompany them!

Met my daughter for dinner. Very relaxed and friendly environment and really well prepared food. Good choice of wine by glass, carafe or bottle and great pasta and starters as well as good looking pizzas although we did not try them.

Great negronis, antipasto platter. Pizzas are delicious and the meat dishes are well executed. Great casual spot. Only minus is the wines aren't the best

Great pizza and pasta at a great price , would highly recommend to anyone that likes a good sourdough pizza. The 4 cheese is a pizza to behold!

I went there last night with my friend in a wheelchair and they were absolutely lovely and tried to find us a good spot. Apart from the good service the Italian dishes are fingerlicking good. And it is located in quirky Bermondsey Street which is easy to get to. I can truely recommend this place!

Excellent food for reasonable prices. Menu card not to big. Very small wine selection (4 wines), which are stored above the bar weigh to warm.

The food is very good and authentic! The pizzas range is great and delicious. Friendly and attentive staff and good music in the background. Would have liked a bit more choices in the pasta dishes, but otherwise really good. Can't wait to go back!

Great service, one of the waitress is really kind and helpful. I wish all restaurants had the same staff. Food is great as usual. Just a small thing. We had been there for 1,5 hours, having deserts, and I could see the manager wishing that we would leave soon. I understand but it is not so nice to feel that all of a sudden as other clients arrive, all people want is you to get out. no so subtle.

This cozy pizzeria is one of our neighborhood favorites and my Italian boyfriend doesn't give his deal of approval easily! Outstanding quality, nice ambience, great location and the price is right.

Great food and service. Not bad value for money. Very quiet when we arrived but soon got busier - friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Lots of excellent restaurants on this street but would recommend.

Service was great, our only issue was the size of the pasta dishes for the price. The pizzas are a good size and value for money but those of us who had pasta felt a little cheated as it was gone in 5 minutes!

Food was excellent, above expectations (and I am an Italian foodie). Service was perfect too. Only thing less satisfactory was the atmosphere a tad too noisy for a big group was there with kids etc. but the staff apologised several times about it

Brilliant food and service. I had the bruschetta, ravioli and chocolate tart and it was all delicious. Nice atmosphere on a Saturday night, we had the table all night and were not made to feel rushed at all even though lots of people trying to get a table.

Really good meal, excellent service. Absolutely nothing wrong with the restaurant. I've been there three times and it's become one of my favourites! The food is so delicious and it's not too expensive either for the quality of the food.

The food was really good and the staff was really friendly. But the service was so slow! It took more than 30 minutes before we got our appetizers, another 30 for our main course, same with desert. Despite that they were really friendly, it was all tasty (the cod and risotto was delicious), so I'm gonna assume that it was a bad fluke so will go back.

I like Ticino. The food is very good, particularly for a veggie such as me, the service is cheery and it is always busy, so many others like it, too.

Food was average. Staff made us feel rushed to finish our meal and leave. They kept coming over to ask whether we wanted deserts etc. They were however accommodating when we had to move tables

This restaurant is great, pizzas are so much more garnished than Franco Manca up the road. The staff is also very friendly and accomodating. Love going there

Excellent authentic Italian food in a none pretentious setting...I highly recommend! I had the ravioli and it was fresh and fullly filled with ricotta and spinach. The pizza was excellent too.

I've been there a few times and each time it has been ok. Absolutely nothing special and the service is always slightly below average. Cafe Amisha and Franca Manca Manca are both close and more highly recommended.

Good evening, the waitress and waiter were nice but service was slow. I will return as the food was lovely, it is a small space and the tables are very squashed.

Nice food, the service was a bit unfriendly (not rude or anything) but we asked to shut the door as it was freezing and they kept opening it. And we had a few questions about the food which they were a bit difficult with. But the food was great.

good pizza and nice service. the only place to get a table on Bermondsey Street on a Friday without queueing so we were expecting a lot worse.
