Second time here, it's like an Oriental Tapas. Great taste and a wide variety of food choices. Friendly staff and ambient atmosphere. Will definitely be going back.

The food is just Exceptional and the restaurant is gorgeous. The staff are really friendly and helpful and made great recommendations. It's very reasonably priced too.

Food was nice. Ordered too much again! Beer was flat and we Waited over ten mins though after asking for bill to receive it. Bit of a long time when one of them has actually forgot and was just standing there with nothing to do

Food always lovely but on this occasion it wasn't up to its usual high standard and suimai's were undercooked and had to be sent back.

We were seated upstairs It was very warm and noisy due to a large party of about 16 people next to our table. To share we ordered 2 mains and 3 small as recommended but it was far too much. The food was very nice although some was too spicy for me. The service was very good

I have been a few times. It's changed to smaller portions which is reflected in the price. So it's like tapas which is great because there are so many amazing dishes to try. I had the BBQ chicken satay, duck spring rolls and pad thai. All three were amazing and I can't wait to go back. The drinks appear a bit expensive but that's the only downfall.

Great food, great service, very relaxed. All in all a great evening. The menu is varied the Spare Rubs were delicious. The only negative, and the restaurant can't do anything about it, is parking nearby. It is a popular area and spaces are scarce but it is worth your while to find a space. A great little restaurant, we will be back.

Food was really good, we went for the small plates option and I loved the soft shell crab. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable about allergens.

We enjoyed prompt service, lovely food, pleasant surroundings. For a no fuss outing this is certainly the place. Efficient organisation marshalled well by all staff.

Good restaurant - decent food and good value for money. We sat upstairs and there wasn't much atmosphere - would go again but would ask if we could sit downstairs if possible

The food was excellent, 6*, and could not be faulted. The service, once we had finally been seated was brilliant, again 6*. However, we were 12 minutes late, and upon arrival, were told repeatedly, that if we were going to be later than 10 minutes we needed to phone. Being told once was acceptable, but after apologizing 3 times, we were told the same thing. It was reiterated 5 times! I know that it is an inconvenience for establishments if some one arrives late for a booking and my wife and I were quite happy to vacate the table within the 2 hours of our original booking. But to have it rammed down your throat for 5 minutes straight sets a very bad tone for the rest of the night, that not even the great food could offset. Its a shame that it happened, however we can absolutely guarantee that we will never need to phone if we are running late as the experience has ensured that we will never return. If anyone from the establishment gets to read this, just a word of advice, you never know who is walking through the door. We came to do an independent review to see what your menu was like from a vegetarian perspective, and then to approach you to be included in a national publication. However this will not be the case now. Please remember the customer is the one paying you for providing a good experience from start to finish, not just the food. You have 15 seconds to make a good, lasting impression. Dressing someone down in front of a restaurant for several minutes for being 2 minutes late is not the way forward.

The food and staff were Absolutely fabulous, but the dining tables are too close together, I felt I should've introduced ourselves to the couple next to us as we were practically sharing the table and we could hear their conversation.

Nice food - poor customer care. My wife and I visited on Saturday 4th Feb for a birthday meal. We were nicely greeted on arrival and taken to our table upstairs. A young male waiter was friendly and took our order. My wife and I both ordered a small plate each for starters and she ordered a side plate and a salad for her main and I ordered a 'large plate' for my main. He asked if we wanted the food to be delivered all together or as separate courses. We chose the latter option. In short - I received my starter a full 10 mins after my wife received hers and then exactly the same thing happened for our main meals so we ate our meals separately. When I complained to a senior female waitress her reason defied a bit of belief. The reason given for my main meal being delayed was that because my wife had ordered a side plate with her main meal this was why the kitchen had delayed sending my meal! When we asked why my starter had also been delayed she didn't have an answer. In fairness she apologised but she could see we were hacked off and then made no attempt other than the apology to put things right. The offer of a complementary cup of tea would have been suffice but that was it. The food was nice, without being outstanding but overall let down by the delays and the handling of the complaint. Unfortunately, I couldn't recommend it.

Had a great evening at Tiger Rock. We went for a selection of the smaller dishes and the food was delicious, really happy with what we ordered. The atmosphere was good and the service was really great, attentive without being overbearing. It did take a little while for someone to come and take our drinks order after we first got there but I can forgive that as otherwise it was good. The bill was surprisingly low as well! Would definitely recommend

Very tasty went for my son's birthday . He and his friend and I all enjyed it all ! We are defo going back there ! Soon! The bill was sound too ! Plenty to choose from even took a doggy baghome - #tiger rocks !!!!!!

Incredibly busy (it was a Friday night in late December, it was to be expected!) the online booking system worked really well and we arrived and were seated really quickly. However we were sat next to a very merry table on a works Christmas do. We asked to be moved downstairs where it was a bit quieter and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating. Fantastic food, really attentive service given how busy it was, an all round good experience, so thank you Tiger Rock, we will definitely be coming back.
