We thoroughly enjoyed the evening at TN1. It's rare to find a place that isn't trying too hard or overpriced or lacking choice. The restaurant definitely ticks all the boxes for atmosphere, quality of food, service and price. The owner even came over to check how everything was with our meal and to ask where we come from, etc. Live music is a nice touch. Not too distracting but loud enough to enjoy. Pork Belly was excellent.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we felt looked after, all the staff were very attentive. We just got a starter and main but both were lovely and looked and tasted great. I would definitely recommend going and would definitely go again.

I really love the grilled halloumi. all the for is fresh prepared and the service is so good. A very welcoming restaurant with a varied clientele - something for everyone.

I really love this place, the staff are friendly, and it's good value and fab atmosphere. The service was a little slow on Saturday night. Initially every member of staff came over continually in about half an hour to see if we wanted to order. We just wanted to have a drink first, then our next round of drinks, food and bill took a long time. It's also quite noisy when it's busy the acoustics aren't great, so it's quite tricky to hear.

We choose to eat in TN1 whenever we visit Tunbridge Wells - the food is always tasty, hot and well presented; plus the service is good.
