Tom’s Kitchen Birmingham, located in The Mailbox in the very centre of the city, is the newest addition to the Tom’s family and one that Brummies can’t get enough of. It’s a pretty relaxed, informal spot consisting of a restaurant, a bar and a deli, and British comfort food classics are to be expected from the menu. That said, given that seasonality and local produce is placed firmly at the forefront by Head Chef Tom Wells & his team, some outstanding seasonal specialities are to be expected as well.
