Topkapi Palace - Hazel Grove

TOPKAPI, top staff top food too service weve been telling everyone how excellent our night was here and will definitely be visiting again. Top marks from us.

The meal was excellent and came very quickly. There was a musician playing for most of the night which was wonderful and he played a variety of songs, even an impromptu request from me for a favourite Turkish song which he sang beautifully. The belly dancer came dancing around the tables which was a lovely and there was dancing later on in the evening. It was a very enjoyable evening and I have no hesitation in recommending this restaurant for a great evening out.

Great venue with a nice friendly atmosphere with live music on. They offer a wide choice of food, big portions and value for money. Excellent

Lovely evening o/a nice food, a bit noisy initially due to a couple of large parties, our table placement by the window was cool, lovely entertainment, great guitarist and belly dancing, we will return .

The food was excellent and we were impressed with the entertainment. When we needed an alternative table they were very quick to accommodate our needs.

Went on a Saturday evening and enjoyed excellent food, service and entertainment. There is an extensive list of choices available on the menu, with the set menu of a starter and main for £17.50 a good option.

Great food and friendly service at reasonable prices. Live music was welcome addition and made for lively atmosphere on a saturday night. We'll definitely be back!

Nice restaurant, great service, the food was presented well and not bad size portions, drinks were quite exspensive (beer), wine price was average for a nice bottle. We found the starters nice but the mains what come we're very oily, as in lots of oil, what is a shame as we love Turkish food but won't be going there again, however we're glad we tried it.

The food was amazing so was the service. Excellent value for money.The reason I gave 4 out of 6 was because the lighting wasn't great and the music was quite loud and we had to shout whilst we were talking. We will definitely returning.

the food was excellent and the staff were brilliant, the only downside was the amount of noise where we could not have a talk without raising our voices and we could not here the music too well. But thank you for your lovely food and service though.

We had a truly enjoyable evening. The food was good and the staff were very attentive and friendly and even though there was a large party in at the same time we didn't have to wait ages for our food. Would definitely go again and recommend to a friend.

There was wedding reception on that we didn't know about because we booked on line and it was to noisy for us. If we had known we wouldn't have gone. The food was good though.

Booking was successful with a big party of ten, the staff were attentive and the food was nice. Restaurant was clean and had a friendly atmosphere.

Excellent and varied choice on the menu, great food, great service from attentive staff, excellent value for money. Would recommend without hesitating. You really should try it

Nice atmosphere,Good food and freindly staff. However we felt that the guy who appeared to be the manager or head walter wanted to rush everyone. So much so that when the customary belly dancer arrived at around 9pm a lot of people had left. Shame because other than that, no compkaints.

Quite nice restaurant,much improved decor and seating and lovely live keyboard music. Some dishes looked great but found mine disappointing. I ordered swordfish and it was very over seasoned .Hot meze could be more authentic and use less fried breadcrumbs and meat options. Lamb kebabs looked great. We ordered Pinot Grigio,£18 and cheap tasting,I'm afraid--- all 3 of us thought so that was one of the lower priced ones. You should not have to pay. £26 for a decent wine. It was only 11 and a half per cent so may explain poor taste ? Desserts looked like bought in stuff,didn't try them. Otherwise,an improvement for Hazel Grove and will try again but please get some better wine !

Absolutely Superb in every respect. This was our second visit to this Restaurant and the quality of the service, the staff and especially the food was exceptional. I can definitely recommend this Restaurant.
