First time going n was good, felt little neglected with it being so incredibly busy. No one to get us drinks or condiments for our meal. Live music was great though. Maybe get more staff in when u have so many people booked in.

Food was good. Cocktails seem overpriced for alcohol content. Quiet loud music and full of very young annoying wannabes who clearly cannot take there drink/ other substances

Brilliant pizza and salad. Great atmosphere for eating, drinking or socialising and watching sport on TV. Really well looked after and Sadie was so kind and friendly and made sure everything was perfect for my evening. Will definitely will return.

Disappointed on this occasion. We booked weeks in advance and told which table would be reserved for us. No welcome on entrance, then got sent upstairs where there wasn’t anyone or any atmosphere. Was rectified once I complained but still spoilt the meal out with family who were over for Christmas. What a shame as I haven’t back again due to this experience!

Really enjoyable first visit to Treehouse. Excellent food, good quality and generous portion sizes. Very interesting and varied menu. Staff very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Atmosphere very good too. Look forward to returning.

We were hoping to have a lovely meal with friends out, however on entering the Treehouse the music was soooooo loud, couldn’t even hear each other talk. The bitter, lager etc tasted weird. I’m not sure it is a very disabled friendly place 😔

I like staff to have character and be genuine. Don’t get me wrong they smile and are polite, there just wasn’t much engagement. The restaurant turns in to a pub on fri sat evening. Me and my family went on a sunday tea time. It felt like after being there an hour it was time for us to go due to regular drinkers coming in. It felt like we had to go to and this was shown from indirect behaviour of staff standing around chatting and being generally dis -interested in coming over to take empty plates or anything else. I’d say it was a pub for regulars who know the staff and “fit in” Music was not to my taste and was loud. Not very atmospheric. Food - I had steak and it had a lot of.gristle on it. Probably not go back again

I booked a table for 7.00pm for four people on Saturday and when I received the confirmation e mail it stated that Fridays ad Saturdays after 6.00pm it was drinks only and no food was served. On arrival we were given a menu and asked if we were eating 🙈 really confusing as we'd then booked a restaurant elsewhere to eat at 9.00pm
