About Turnip & Enjoy

Nestled among the various eateries that line Great Western Road, Turnip & Enjoy is one of the West End’s rising stars, attracting gourmands from all over the city. With its menu of modern European cuisine and stylish atmosphere, decorated with ornate chandeliers and vintage-inspired furniture, Turnip & Enjoy is a popular choice for both lunch and dinner, open Wednesday to Sunday. We recommend starting things off with some Stornoway black pudding served with a slow-cooked duck egg and chorizo crumble before moving on to the cod loin with lobster and almond cream, parsley root in brown butter and braised gem lettuce. Veggies won’t feel left out either with choices like the glazed truffle and cep omelette with salt-baked purple potatoes. Located right in the heart of Glasgow’s Kelvinbridge, this family-run restaurant can get busy – so book a table, turnip & enjoy!

This West End restaurant on Great Western Road sells well-cooked and well-presented food from an eclectic menu. It is very good value considering the quality. Mine host, from Kosovo, is very attentive and friendly. Highly recommended.

Went for dinner on Wednesday night. The food was nice, the staff friendly and very reasonably priced. I would recommend it to friends but not sure if it lived up to the hype
