About Two Fat Ladies - West End

Two Fat Ladies in the West End is the original in this popular family of restaurants. On the go since 1989, this Glasgow city centre favourite on Dumbarton Road serves up distinctive British and European dishes with a focus on fresh fish and seafood. With an open kitchen you can have a wee gawk at all your food being prepared while you relax with a tipple or two. Choose from dishes such as prawn and scallop cocktail with tomato, avocado and tequila or opt for the fish platter piled high with all kinds of delights from the ocean, caught daily. With plenty of veggie options and with prices that won’t break the bank, Two Fat Ladies is a must-visit spot. Advance booking is recommended.

Quiet, comfortable, small restaurant. Very good fish and mussels. Large portions. Worked out at about £42 PP with drinks and tip. Excellent service. 2 mins from Kelvinhall subway.

Impressed with the food, shame only one other diner in
