Great service... pizza’s and cocktails were delicious! One of our party was gluten intolerant, they said the gluten free pizza base was perfect! Made from fresh dough, not a frozen base.

Great food good wine and a nice atmosphere, four of us found this little gem a place where everyone was delighted with their dishes. The only letdown was the Titania, but that's being nitpicking.

Great expectations from reviews. All in all disappointing. Delay in getting white wine due to the “opener” being lost. It was served at room temperature and had clearly not been chilled before serving. Pizzas had chewy bases - more or less impossible to cut . Decent toppings but not the thin crispy bases promised. Steak was good though.

We sat at a tiny table which was right in the mainstream of customers and staff. It was cold! Food was ok but not brilliant at all. Very expensive too for what it was!

From the friendly welcome to the great atmosphere and brilliant service, there is nothing to fault from our visit. We went with two friends and had the house bruishetta starter followed by Lasagne with steak strips for three with my wife trying a roasted pepper dish. All were delicious. Sweets chosen included the tiramisu, which I had with the recommended cognac - superb. Don't hesitate to book, it won't be your only visit!

The food and atmosphere were very good however the service from the staff was unattentive, and had to prompt staff for drinks, menus etc... on various occasions. Plus the bill was incorrect, charged twice for dessert.

Staff were really lovely and the food was good. Got a a bit busy (Friday night booking) and we seemed to be forgotten and had to request to see the desert menu and again then to order coffee. Would go again, but maybe on a quieter evening of the week.

We had a lovely meal at Uno. We love the option to make the pizzas vegan with the vegan cheese. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful food but I didn’t get what was advertised which was rather disappointing.The staff were lovely and really tried to make amends. Couldn’t fault them.

Gorgeous food, total bargain at £10.50 for 2 courses. Half carafe of wine for £6, absolutely no complaints. Excellent service, can’t wait to go again.

I visited Uno this evening having booked a table for my friends and myself for 8.30pm (note, the latest reservation time as per their website is 9pm). There was one other table occupied in the restaurant, but those people left before our food arrived. Whilst the food was enjoyable, the overall experience was ruined as the staff made us feel like we were there too late - the staff walked round the restaurant multiple times while we were eating and were always looking over at us, making us feel very uncomfortable and that we had to rush our food. Our cutlery had barely been set down on our plates before the waitress was clearing our plates away. We were offered desserts and coffee, but we all declined as we felt like we needed to leave as soon as possible so they could close the restaurant. I have visited Uno several times before but I certainly won’t be in a rush to go back - I don’t understand why this restaurant would take bookings later on in the evening as they certainly made us feel like they wanted us out as quickly as possible. Disappointing

Excellent food. Brilliant atmosphere and helpful friendly staff. We were a mixed party of adults and teenagers and it was really enjoyed by all. Highly recommend.
