Gutted this place isn’t open anymore, we had been regulars for years

We didn't eat here in the end as the head waiter had told us there was no tables available even though we had made the booking. He speaks with a loud Italian accent and doesn't listen to what you say. I have come to Uno for years when we come to Middlesbrough from leeds. We will not again as I found that this gentleman had a serious problem with me . Even when we have gone in the past he is rude which is a shame as the good and other staff are great. We will just have to go to Uno in yarm or Uno momento as they welcomed us in without a booking. This is a big shame as I feel discriminated by because of the colour of my skin and the head waiter should be ashamed of himself.

With all the extra measures in place, all of the staff were really helpful and vigilant in everything they did whilst we were there. Really pleased with how they've handled reopening. Food was lovely and we didn't wait long, would recommend to anyone!

I and my partner booked a table online, the staff were extremely welcoming and provided a nice atmosphere, there were hand santaisexers upon arrival and clear distance between myself and the staff. Very very happy. WIll be coming back here :)

The tables where separated with screens and our contact details taken and ensured we hand sanitized beforeentering and before leaving the restaurant which makes you feel safe and mind at rest.

Excellent food and service, we will definitely be back to support this restaurant.

Six of us dined midweek and chose a range from the 7.95 special through to the daily special rib eye steak. All of the food was tasty and service was excellent. Portion size was generous other than for the black pasta (which tasted delicious but would have liked a bit more!) Thanks we will be back

It was great, was my first time there with my boy friend for his birthday, and who visits you regularly. Though didnt know about his visiting you, I booked from manchester. I was very impressed everything was great. Everything was great.

The meal was lovely we couldn't fault the taste. When asked if we were enjoying our meal I told the waitress my food was swimming in too much liquid. It was difficult to eat as each time I used the cutlery the liquid ran down the knife and fork which was also very greasy making them impossible to hold. The waitress walked away and came back with a spoon and half a dozen serviettes. I didn't want to drink the liquid there was far too much, it really would have been better to remove some out of the bowl but this option wasn't offered. I'm not in the habit of complaining so didn't make a fuss.

We love Uno Ristorante, we have been numerous times for family meals. They were extremely busy on our last visit so struggled to be as attentive as normal. Food is fab, price is great and staff are lovely.
