A party of 6 for my mum and daughters birthday , although the restaurant was very busy with 2 other very large parties, the waiters were very attentive and service was excellent. The quality of food was wonderful and we had a marvelous time ... thank you for a very enjoyable evening ... we will be back soon x

Good fast service Fresh food, a lot of it and good value for money

As always the food was fantastic Service was fast and friendly We were slightly late for our reservation but it didn't affect our experience at all the front of house staff were happy to accommodate us still which was fantastic

A restaurant that never fails to impress! We went for a happy hour meal on Saturday night. Greeted with a complementary bread platter to start, extremely quick service and tasty food. A lovely night were the whole party left feeling very content!

The waiter who took our order was not friendly at all, he was miserable. Also when our food was served we were not offered Parmesan for the pasta or pepper. We asked for the bill which never came so we went to the desk and paid on the way out.. We wouldn’t rush back.

Lovely staff and massive portions travelled out of town to come here and it was perfect thank you team uno ❤️

We went early on a Friday, making use of the happy hour deals as myself and my boyfriend are in education and have to keep a tight budget. Total bill came to £34 and we were well fed. Ordered the calamari and bread mozzarella for starters, chicken alla crema and traditional parmo for mains, with a cheese and garlic pizza bread for the side. 2 pints of coke. Our only complaint was that the calamari seemed rubbery compared to the past, but it was still okay so didn't bother complaining. Service is extremely quick, might make you question how fresh the food is, but we were in and out within 50 minutes. Overall it's not the highest of quality, but its a local favourite for us, and very cheap for a decent experience. 8/10

Very pleased with the meal and service. Would have preferred to sit elsewhere.

The food was good but needed to be a bit clearer on ingredients on the menu as a risotto I had contained chilliest and I was unaware. The service was great and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The only downside was that the restaurant was very noisy, the music that was playing was very loud which made other customers shout to be heard over the music. It was quite hard to have a decent conversation with the people I was with.

when we arrived at the front desk of the restaurant the man who greeted us asked which name, then as he was looking through for our name kept saying 'I've seen that name somewhere' while he was doing this another diner came up and the waiter proceeded to ask him if he could help without first finding our reservation. The diner politely asked us if we had been sorted with our reservation, I said 'well I thought we were going to be' which the waiter got very annoyed and said 'ok ok you want to sit down now? ok! ok! very offhand and unprofessional manner! He made us feel very uncomfortable as he showed us to a table. I must say the rest of the staff were lovely and friendly and the food was delicious, if it wasn't for the waiter at the desk's shocking attitude it would have been perfect! I would probably visit this restaurant again but I would definitely not want to encounter this waiter again!

Wasn’t as good as usual, may be because of the day being Valentine’s Day. But the service wasn’t as good. We were very rushed to finish and leave.

Really poor food and the atmosphere wasn’t great. Children running round and screaming at 8pm. The waiter was friendly and polite but unfortunately wouldn’t visit again.

Quick and friendly service. One starter come out quite a bit later than the others but it was very busy so this didn't have an effect on our overall visit.

Lovely, fast service, starters were deliciois. Wished there was more sauce on my penne pollo as it was lacking but was still nice. Would of been nice to of been offered parmasan and black pepper too.

Just perfect! Food was gorgeous, lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. Loved the idea of being able to have half pizza half pasta and the chips were lovely and chunky homemade just delicious! Definitely recommend and will be returning

Food good and generous portions but restaurant was cold. Always good atmosphere. Good choice of pizzas and pastas to suit everyone. Will go again when they get the restaurant much warmer.

We were attended to very promptly by very polite staff. The calzone we ordered came out about 5 minutes after the rest of the food, but all of the food was fantastic.

Had a lovely meal in uno's last night. Food was great and the staff were really friendly. Pasta, parmo and pizza was fabulous as always.

Very tast pizzas. The waiter was a miserable git though. The lass that saw us to our table was nicer like. But aye, pizzas are deffo lush

Mother came to visit so treated her to Sunday afternoon meal. Excellent service and food as usual was spot on, does not disappoint, will call again.

Food was fresh good qualityand well presented, staff were friendly and approachable, only bad thing was the waiting time was very slow and it was quite loud but it was a friday night so ii was packed, would definitely come back, whole family enjoyed and the atmosphere of the restaurant was great

It took a long time to get served and often had to flag people down for any drinks. Other than that it was a nice meal and good value for money.

Uno Ristorante is always great. Always get great food and service. Have never had a bad experience there plus the prices are great for the amazing food you get!
