Excellent service. Food was good value for money. Didn't enjoy my starter (pate) felt like it was shop bought, but cant complain at the price. Nice to have a round table with a party of 6 people.

Lovely food, brilliant service, really catered for all of us. The meal deal is a brilliant deal, couldn't fault the night at all, will definitely be returning

We got rushed and food was very tasteless,, reasonable prices except the cocktails are so small there about 1 mouthful which is ridiculous!! Some of the staff is quite rude!

Went on New Year's Day for a family meal with kids. Food was good, great value and service was bang on. Can't complain at all!

Quick service, friendly staff who nothing was too much trouble to do, food was absolutely amazing! Cooked to perfection and absolutely stuffed me and my friend! Will definitely be going back!

Thef food was good and prices were reasonable. If I went again I would probably go a bit later as it was very noisy from families with young children but overall a nice visit.

Lovely clean restaurant and friendly staff,food was very well presented and tasteful. Only downside was condition of toilets which were not looking their best and could do with a good clean.

The staff were really friendly and helpful and they made sure everything was ok. They were really busy with it being New Years eve but still made sure everything was ok.

Lovely food & friendly staff. Ordered without cheese & came with so had to send back but staff were happy & quick to change and meal was lovely. Will go again

Good atmosphere on a Friday between Christmas and New Year. Food very good service to match, perhaps a little longer break between Starter and Main course, however , all was eaten. Would visit again.

Not much privacy with the layout of the restaurant downstairs. Waiters very stressed & not much organisation as to which tables they were looking after. The pasta on 3 of the 4 main courses was not quite done. Disappointing overall.

Great Xmas eve meal. Food was excellent. Got a free round of drinks as well. Only think that was below par were the chips. Liked and tasted too much like the potatoe skins. Overall I’d recommend Ono for a good family meal out.

Lovely food and people, portions are huge so had to take some home! Really nice atmosphere and good choice of food and drinks the cocktail deal of 2 for 7.95 was amazing too!

Unos is one of my favourite restraints, Food is always lovely and the service is fast, the staff are really friendly and do anything for you

Chicken parmo had to be sent back as was cold. Second one not much better. Started to as garlic mushrooms and they were nice though. Won’t be returning

The food was lovely and very reasonably priced. There was a good atmosphere in the resturant and staff are pleasant and polite. There was a birthday celebration and staff got involved in singing Happy Birthday.

Very good, nice staff and good food, situated in centre of town. Very busy on a Thursday night but was served promptly and efficiently! Would return .

Absolutely beautiful food, fantastic service as always. My husband said the steak he had was nearly one of the best, I had chicken ala cream and the sauce was fab, the muscles for my starter were very nice to.

Service was good, food was fine, portions large and price very reasonable. The occasion was only spoilt by another customer- a drunk woman whose only means of communication seemed to be a high pitched scream. Was nice when she left.

We waited forever to get served. My husband ordered chips. They where HUGE potato chucks. He left them all. The waiter told us AFTER the food. "Oh we do fries too" surely this should have been an option before ordering?

Excellent restaurant in Middlesbrough. Lovely affordable food, big portions. Also friendly staff. Go before 6.30 and it's happy hour. 2 courses for £7.95 absolute bargain.

Usual excellent attentive service. Went for the steak T-bone and it was cooked really well. Portions are very large. The shared starter for two is recommended.

Excellent value. Good quality and size pizzzas although the calzone could have done with more filling. Very friendly and efficient staff without being overbearing. Will come back

We were very disappointed on this occasion with the quality of the food. My chicken parmesan was overcooked and all of the breadcrumbs were hard. It was not enjoyable. My husband and son's calzones were both burnt on the top and the dough was hard and dry; they were not satisfied.

Made to feel welcome from the minute we arrived, nothing is too much trouble for the staff, Great service as always 😊 we will be back.

Bread and olive's starter enough to share and Steaks were amazing ( 1 fillet & 1 T-bone both cooked perfectly) reasonable prices with good service,
