The staff managed remarkably well considering it was halloween with lots of children around and queues of families about. We were attended to very well and nothing seemed too much trouble. Well done!

We had a great visit me and my Daughter had some very yummy cake and the freakshake was delicious then we had fun doing the Halloween trail and brilliant they even put umbrellas out for us to do the trail to added bonus.

The specials of faggots with root vegetables were superb. The taste and presentation were outstanding.

Delicious scone and coffee. Place was very noisy due to there being 2 large bday parties. Place was also a little cold. Would definitely return maybe on a weekday.

We booked in at 3pm for the Halloween trail for the children. I didn’t know beforehand that it was a very basic menu after this time. I’m unable to eat bread or sugar and therefore was unable to eat anything. However I guess that was on me, I should have checked.

We booked an afternoon tea due to seeing an advert on the We Are Weymouth face book page. We were not disappointed. The food was so beautifully presented and served and the staff were extremely attentive and lovely. Our table was ready for when we arrived and we were looked after from that moment. This place really is a hidden gem. Parking is not ideal, but for a voluntary contribution, you can use the church car park. We were sat in between a noisy dog and two very loud Americans, but that can't be held against the establishment. Once they'd gone, it was a lovely, relaxing place, with gardens and the well behind. We'll certainly be back. Thank you for looking after us so well.

The wishing well it's self and the staff are amazing food was outstanding, how ever your system is shockingly bad,as there was no indication of our booking on the wishing well's system, luckily they had a spare table ,they were Very accommodating. I will not be booking through your system and wouldn't recommend any one else too either.i will phone the wishing well directly

Brunch booking for 2! Staff were friendly and helpful, sitting us at a table in a less busy part of the restaurant. Orders were taken quickly with drinks and food arriving very promptly. Avo, tomato and poached eggs were excellent as was the Mushrooms on sourdough. A delicious meal which we cannot recommend highly enough. Lovely atmosphere along with the Wishing Well. Will definitely be visiting again 🤩

We had high tea . Including lovely chilled prosseco Lovely service from male server ...sorry didn't get name .he was chatty and talked us through the different treats on offer . Such a beautiful setting. The service was fantastic from all staff. Food was well presented, great portion sizes and tasted delicious. The gardens were stunning. Everywhere was clean, there were blankets to borrow if you were chilly and umbrellas if it was raining. Everything was so well thought out. We've visited before and this time brought family and friends to celebrate a birthday. I'm so glad we chose to celebrate at the Wishing Well. Thank you x
