Urban Grill - Dumfries

Food was good. Staff pleasant & attentive. Some portions were bigger than others but all adequate. Extensive menu which would cater for all tastes. Burgers seemed to be the speciality.

Food and service was excellent. Menu choice was extensive and no waiting for courses. Will definitely go back. Will recommend to friends also. Waitress was very friendly and helpful

Lovely meal.nice ambience and back round music was just right.my daughter was very impressed with the meal she had.the waffle and chicken and said it was lovely

Paid £9.50 for food that could of done with more on plate

We booked in for the newly promoted tapas and gin deal. We were not disappointed. For £15 a head we got a huge selection of tapas that we couldn’t finish. Everything was fresh and very tasty. We had our choice of premium gins and fever tree tonic. It really was value for money. The only thing that stopped me putting 6 was the inexperienced table staff. We would definitely go back and would recommend the deal to friends.

Not as good as it used to be, we were very disapointed and doubt we will go back again. Shame though, as we were looking forward to going.

The staff were lovely and the food was great, not to mention the cocktails were fab. Would definitely recommend this place and will be eating here in the future.

Beautiful food, brilliant quality, enormous portions though! Was stuffed by the time we left. The ladies who lunch choices are awesome and great value. Only criticism was the young girl bringing us our drinks - she knocked 4 glasses over (full ones) and then didn't come back to clear up - then offered us napkins to clear up. Eventually one of our party had to ask her to clean it. The other waitress was lovely and so helpful. Nothing was a problem. X

The staff are very friendly and helpful The food is very good. Seats a bit uncomfortable. Surprised it is not busier Have been before and will be back

Staff were very friendly! Our drinks order was taken pretty quickly but we did wait a short time before ordering our main meal but we understood as it was a busy period. Food was 10/10 I would have no qualms about returning to Urban Grill for a meal.

Excellent food, good choice on menu to suit everyone, we all ordered something different and everything was spot on. Second time ive eaten there and yet again excellent. Will be back.

Very attentive staff. Great value menu, we ordered from the early bird two course option. Atmosphere lively but not noisey we were able to chat easily. Thank you so much. Don't go out much, so it matters that it's an excellent experience. Thank you.

Food was very good, restaurant empty so no atmosphere. Bill wrong , so challenged it , new bill produced which I paid but on examination it's still £13 too much. Have had friends at same restaurant and bill wrong every time

Enjoyed the meal quick service, but lighting was poor and had a red light that couldn't be moved shining in my face and meal all night.

Food was nice but the noise when the girls were moving chairs and tables was awful. Did not expect to be on metal chairs and tables very kinda cheap looking.

We thoroughly enjoyed a couple of delicious burgers before seeing a film at the cinema around the corner. Not our first visit and it won't be our last. I would highly recommend the Urban Grill for good food in a relaxed, comfortable environment with friendly staff. 😍

Excellent food and service. Good sized portions too (didn't even have room dessert). We would definitely consider going back again, without any hesitation at all.

We waited over an hour for our main meal then my sons food didn’t arrive for a further 10 minuets by that time pasta was cold and my steak was too. It was my partners birthday, very disappointing
