Amalfi Valentinos

Very good food, reasonable value. Good atmosphere and the staff were attentive. Would have been 6 but we ordered a portion of side vegetables which didn't arrive and we had to have it removed from the bill

Excellent service and food was amazing. Are from the specials menu and everything was cooked really well espescially my fillet steak. Food was all served hot and really quickly. Children's menu very good full of choice

Great meal. Stroganoff outstanding. Service first class. Our guests were impressed by the canelloni. We had taken our guests out to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary and the waiter turned up at the end with a lovely complementary sweet with sparklers. Never disappointed at Valentinos

Nice food and great service. Staff always friendly and helpful. We visit here regularly great if you have children. Or for a group booking or special occasions.

We visited Valentino's for dad's 76th birthday. Service was great. My husband is gluten intolerant, staff were knowledgeable, offering us alternatives and advice. Lovely evening.

Excellent food brilliant service as always love going here. Would recommend it to everyone. I had the risotto witch was really nice and my g had the crab ravioli which she really enjoyed.

Tasty fresh food served, friendly polite staff, reasonably priced, plenty of choice on the menu and specials. I would happily visit again for another meal.

Good service, food ok not the best Italian I have had but certainly not the worst. Would I go back? Probably but there are better out there in my opinion.

Extremely child friend, and with delicious food, nowhere else comes close. The girls love it and we can relax and let them be kids. Highly recommend this place.

Food was great and the service was freindly and efficient. Rating would have been 6 if not for the Potty mouthed oafs at the next table. wont be put off by them though and will return soon.

Outstanding food and excellent service. The staff were great with the kids and the children's menu was fabulous value. My husband had the fillet steak and it was cooked perfectly. There's a good selection of wines and I can recommend the Italian Merlot which was lovely and reasonably priced. We will certainly be back soon. Highly recommended.

Excellent service and lovely food will definitely go again . Had ravioli and husband had steak which was cooked as requested. Jug of water and glasses no problems at all good value for money and very spacious restaurant not squashed in a corner .

Visited Valentinos for the first time on 6/5/2016 for my son's birthday' the food was yummy very realistically priced, we had a warm welcome and the atmosphere was busy but relaxed and friendly except for the girl behind the bar whom maybe needs to smile a little!!! Overall we had a very enjoyable meal and all commented the food was lovely. We would recommend and return.

My wife and I can't understand how anyone could rate this restaurant any less than 10/10.Food is first class and so is the service as soon as we walked through the door.

Lovely place, food good, lots of choice on the menu and staff really nice, especially with the kids, they even let them make their own ice cream desserts :)

Simply gorgeous food and wonderful staff really accommodating I like to sit near a door ado become very hot must be my age and this wasn't a problem at all for them we sat near the doorway with a lovely breeze highly recommend this restaurant

Valentino's is OK, nothing too bad but certainly nothing great. The food is fine, without being great, although my pizza was quite soggy, possibly due to the type I chose, which had lots of toppings. Service is quite slow but just about OK. Would I go back? No, there are better choices in Wakefield.

As always, excellent food and excellent service. A little noisy with children but it was Sunday teatime so would expect that. But not obtrusive. Thanks.

Once again a faultless meal. I had the fillet steak with peppercorn sauce and it was fantastic. Perfectly cooked medium/rare and the sauce was delicious. We will be back again soon!

Brilliant food and some of the service was brilliant. However, was slow and also got drinks orders mixed up as well. Other than that it was lovely and the staff where extremely hard working.

The food was fantastic as always along with great service from the staff. One of our most favourite resteraunts and the best Italian resteraunt by far.

Very busy on Saturday night and had to wait at the bar for a while. But the service was very good and the food was excellent as usual. Another good night at Valentinos

We have regularly eaten at Valentinos for many years now & our last visit was excellent as always. The food was delicious ,the staff welcoming.

We had a really nice welcome into the resturant and then the staff were extremely helpful and very very friendly. Nothing was rushed and we could have sat all night . We will definately be back.

Family friendly, excellent food.- fresh vibrant flavours, in particular the scallops. Children's menu includes access to the main menu. Service was discrete but 'on the ball' . Will visit again

Service was great, the pizza was not as good as it sounded, other half complained plain calzone did not taste much. Overall wasn't too bad but won't be going back any time soon.

Great Italian food and great staff. We are never disappointed when we visit Valentino's. Would highly recommend for a hearty Italian feast any day of the week.

A very pleasant experience although I've never had a bad meal here. The staff are always very helpful and attentive and the food was delicious.

Great food and service. Amazing chicken dishes, even kids cleaned their plates.. We were four adults and three children 2 under 6, really great attitude to kids. Well worth a visit. Yummy !

Staff were excellent and the food delicious. Have booked for a large group on May 7th. Family friendly and very welcoming. Can't wait to go back!

Fantastic evening! Fantastic food! Extremely busy evening, was a little late arriving had tried to ring but they were that busy they hadn't heard the phone they apologised to us even though it was our fault! They seated us straight away, and did not rush us to order, the food was amazing! And service fantastic can't wait to go again
