More about the restaurant: Veeno - Nottingham
Veeno Nottingham is set inside a listed building on Middle Pavement right in the heart of The Lace Market. This cosy Italian spot offers the perfect hideaway from the hustle and bustle of the city, with a stunning conservatory out the back as the icing on the cake. Dinner at Veeno Nottingham looks a little bit like spicy spianata calabra, caciocavallo and olive paté toasted in a ciabatta; homemade Sicilian aubergine stew with celery and capers in a vinegar sauce or dark tuna caught in Italy with balsamic onions, fresh tomatoes, rocket and spinach. No meal would be complete without a sharing board of some sort, however, so make sure you order up one of the many cheese, meat or mixed boards on Veeno’s menu to seal the deal!

If you’re just in for a casual glass or two, we recommend you sample the bruschetta topped with nduja, a spicy spreadable Italian sausage from Calabria; the grande sharing board brimming with bruschetta, cured meats, cheeses and fresh bread and the parma panini filled with smoked ham and mozzarella. Paired with a delicious wine, spritz or both, and you’ve got yourself a delicious time indeed at Veeno Nottingham. So book a table and head to The Lace Market – you won’t be disappointed.
