Good quality food , good value. Friendly and attentive staff . Would always recommend pre booking to avoid disappointment. Good atmosphere. Varied choice on menu . Only disappointment was jambalaya was not available

Waited an hour for food, in that time, four tables left due to poor service. I will not be returning in the future . Poorly managed.

The food was ok nothing wow which we expected it to be The restaurant is good but the staff service was ok just a bit slow not the best explaining the menu on arrival or when ordering the food But the staff were on the ball when we finished to clear the table

Slow spent more time with favourite customers at check out went to pay young girl never spoke once had to ask the price then thought it OK to handle my credit card banks and police say that not to happen to prevent fraud would not recommend to anyone

I was disappointed I’m afraid. There was no atmosphere at all, food took 45 mins even though there where only 4 occupied tables. No dancing staff, very quiet music in the background. Not good value for money.

Appeared to be understaffed. Ordered meatloaf and was advised couldnt be made due to veg. Ordered meatballs and server went away and came back and said this wasn't available either. Staff looked uninterested and we left without ordering.

Unfortunately we had a terrible experience. Waiting for food for 40+ mins, food was cold when arrived, one steak not cooked as asked and sent back... 1hr 10mins after ordering food the steak arrived again, cold again and items missing. Missing items arrived another 5 mins later, luke warm. When complaining afterwards, told that they have new kitchen staff. This one is definitely one to avoid especially if busy. Table behind us also had a bad experience but their food arrived, it was just bad food. Live music which would have been great if the volume was kept constant and the speakers didn’t crackle. The waiter we explained all the issues to was very helpful (except offered a free round of drinks when 3 of 5 party memeners had already left)

Exactly food, great service and very friendly staff. Atmosphere very good, with music playing in the background that you find yourself singing along too. Not bugged every two minutes asking how your food is.

We came for our sons birthday and food took about 30 mins to he served. Also asked if a birthday cake could have been prepared only to have a small glass dessert served rather late Overall food was nice

Food was ok customers around us walking out as had waited too long for food. Served WARM rose’ wine and told they could put ice in the glass to cool it down. Many of the staff didn’t really know what they were doing.

SERVICE ABSOLUTELY ABYSMAL - FOOD WAS GOOD WHEN IT ARRIVED - ONLY 2 CUBICLES HAD PEOPLE IN SO WHY WAS SERVICE SO SLOW REALLY ANNOYING STAFF CLUELESS HAD TO DEAL WITH MANAGER WHY SEAT PEOPLE RIGHT NEXT DOOR TO EACH OTHER 2 PEOPLE INVADED BY FAMILY OF SIX VERY DISAPPOINTING ALMOST AN HOUR TO GET FOOD AND NEEDED TO GET OUT IN TIME FOR SHOW MANAGER WAS VERY GOOD SO WHY IS IT SO BAD

The food was good but disappointed that their was no singing waitresses or waiters - understand the football may have had an impact on this but it was the reason we came :(

Nice food, friendly staff, and best of all my dogs were welcome in the bar/grill area. I can recommend the chocolate chip cookie sundae. Delicious!

Nice setting huge portions friendly staff food was value for money could not fault it showed the world cup matches also would definately eat their again

Food and milkshakes were good but extremely slow at arriving and they forgot one of the kids meals. Staff were friendly and the diner was well presented.

We had a fabulous time, our server was friendly and smart. The food was delicious and plenty of it. Well worth the visit. It was fab.

The food was very good, as were the prices, even the wine was a good price, not a ripoff like other restaurants. The ?? manager, Cristina, was excellent, with great customer service; our waiter, however, was definitely lacking in smiles and congeniality, which did take the edge off the service. All in all, a good night out to celebrate my son’s 21st birthday.

Fantastic place, food was brilliant, only downside was our milkshakes came in a glass that was still hot, causing it to not be as cold as you would expect

I attended Saturday 31 March 2018 after realy looking forward to the afternoon with my wife after choosing from other sites The place was clean and very pleasing to the eye but unfortunatly the atmosphere was rubbish We was looking foreard to the banter and listening to the singing servers but was told none on until the evening The sound system was rubbish but did seem to have an issue as i did see a guy walking around with a micraphone in his hand? The food was average and when i told the server the staek was not cooked to our request Medium/Well Done she just smiled and said O Wasnt it!!! This was a tester to choose for a family get together soon as we have a large family and have a holiday home around Blackpool so a frequent visitor We paid our bill and no reconense was offered at all A very good expalnation needed from them to get us back to try again Thanks

Very poor waited a long time for food, when it did eventually come it was wrong Staff didn’t know what they were doing very disappointed

We were shown to our table then after 15 minutes someone came to tell us that they had no Steak,chicken wings or fries. Not leaving that much to choose from.

Food was nice..lovely place..didn't offer the all singing and fun atmosphere advertised which was our reason we chose to go here. Staff were more concerned about a wedding party that was in rather than looking after ALL the customers..ordered dessert but it never came...very disappointing!😐

Food was great but very slow! Service was very poor, very friendly but again very slow and seemed understaffed. Took my son their for his birthday as i thought he might have a happy birthday sang to him as they advertise singing waiters and a candle in his cake to celebrate but the only effort made was a written happy birthday on the table!

The music was too loud and the service was very slow we ordered more drinks when brought our mains out and they hadn't arrived by time we had finished. Food was great tho

We went here as it was my husbands birthday, not much atmosphere, food not very warm, no toilet roll in disabled toilet, a little overpriced for what it is.

Service was extremely slow considering it wasn’t very busy. When the food did arrive it was cold. We also had to wait 15 minutes or so for our drinks to arrive after ordering.

Fab place, service and food. Very reasonably priced too. Me and my family will definitely be going back again. Fun place to eat ! 😘

Food was delicious, only fault with food was that the burgers were rare and still pink and wasn't asked how we would like them but was delicious non the less. Cocktail was lovely, and the waitress was very helpful.

We had a wonderful time here, our server was Lisa Pearson. Our order came and it was wrong, she whisked it away and brought us fresh food. Absolutely wonderful place and friendly staff!

staff were amazing however no atmosphere in the restaurant. Could see into the kitchen from where we were sat and could see the chef taste a sauce with his finger then taste again after licking it which was a little of putting however food was nice and would recommend the milkshakes.

Very clean and when we went (7:30pm on a friday) it was very empty - only one other couple were there eating so it's hard to judge its full potential. The menu was not very substantial but thew burgers we ate were nice enough. I did think it was a bit pricey for a diner seeing as the steaks and burger prices were more in line with that of a restaurant. Nice enough though. Staff were friendly.

This is not a review of diner it’s a review of this website. After we booked and had confirmation of our seats we go to the restaurant only to find out it was closed. We then had to find a different restaurant quickly so we were able to eat before our show started. Shocking

Food lovely, service great. Cheesecake not as yummy as I’d hoped. Good atmosphere and singing waiters. I expect it’s even better when it’s busy in the high season.

Great, nothing was too much trouble and they made my daughter and her friends feel very welcome! The team rang before hand to add a party package that was very reasonable and good value for money! Overall a great night - thank you

Staff are outstanding, service was great and the manager was also very hands-on which is good to see. The atmosphere is fantastic and as a family we had a good experience. The food was mediocre, not the best and definitely room for improvement but it was ok.

We took our daughter there for her 8th birthday. Great food , great staff , amazing atmosphere , brilliant night .... we love it !

The restaurant is very good and caters for families; meals choices are a little different to your average diner/fast food restaurant and kids' choices are good. The live singer was absolutely brilliant but unfortunately the noise level was a little too loud for us as could not hear each other when speaking at the table. When the music came on after the singer it was a much better noise level.

Atmosphere and decor good. Starters were v good but mains a bit disappointing (nothing special). Service was a bit slow but great birthday balloons provided for my daughters 16th.

The atmosphere was good , they forgot part of our order twice , food was just ok expensive for what you actually got A lot of children running about early evening

Really nice food, service was good and the staff were lovely. Prices were reasonable. We were there at half term for the illuminations so definitely make sure you book at busy times - was worth it.
