Great night celebrating mine and a friends birthdays tonight. Staff were very attentive, food hood and entertainment fab. We all had a really enjoyable experience Thank you

After been showed to our table we waited 15 minutes to be served for drinks. We also waited 60mins before our food was served. Very poor service

The service was very slow. And when our food eventually arrived it was stone cold. So we had to send it back. We didnt order anything else in its replacement as the service was slow.

Good food but very slow service and issues with the food - saved by really good servers. There are live performances by the staff - probably less annoying when everything goes to plan.

Great place - loved the entertainment . Staff were very attentive . Slight delay with the food so we were given a complimentary drink . We look forward to returning !

We had a lovely meal and the entertainment was great. All the staff made a fuss of my mum as it was her birthday. She loved the attention and the singing waiters certainly delivered.

Terrible!! Had to go through the menu to find a drink they actually had and it took about 20 minutes to be notified each time! All food was extremely low quality ingredients, the burger wasn’t home made, like a cheap frozen burger and the hot dogs were like the really cheap ones in a tin or jar, not at all what we were expecting!! Service was unbelievably slow, I don’t blame the waiter, I totally believe they were undertrained and under staffed. We got the sharing platter to start and the chicken wings were over cooked and the ribs weren’t cooked and the pulled pork was charred and stuck together like it was the burnt stuff scraped off the bottom of a pan. I think the management really need to look at themselves and the way they run the entire diner, kitchen and front! Oh and the music was far far too loud!!

Waited 45 minutes for food and it was really not busy. When it come it was awful rack of ribs all fat horrible burger meat. We saw two burgers returned when we where there. Staff were bickering among themselves. Toilets where dirty all marked and full of dirty paper used the disabled instead as they where so dirty. A place I won't be returning to many nicer places to eat.

Good time had by all ,nice food good service reasonable price ,and a great setting all the best for the future we will return soon

My second visit, with friends...we had some shared some starters...and then was asked if we would like desert...had a laugh and said we haven't had our mains...then waited about a hour for mains, there where many apologies, unfortunately it just went over the wait, was given a free drink. My friends and I really did enjoy the food.

Absolutely love the diner, everything has been done to a very high standard & they can't do enough to make your experience a great one. There is a lot of choice on the menu for adults & kids, the food tastes amazing. I would rate our experience at 100%.

Great selection of American diner style food. Very friendly and helpful staff, would definitely recommend to anyone in the blackpool area. Milkshakes are a must try!

Lovely food and very efficient staff. Nice colourful restaurant. Brilliant selection of drinks and meals. Also a very nice children's menu. All reasonably priced. Would return for sure

Staff very nice, the food was very good, the only complaints were it took 20 minutes to get my coffee and did not get any cutlery with our desserts, we ate our ice cream with dinner forks. All said and done we will return 😀

Excellent Food. Burgers were yummy and the ribs melted in your mouth. Happy hour cocktails came in useful. Our waiter was fab and nothing was too much. Well defo go again and will tell all our friends.

Excellent evening true English version of a American style dinner just misses the the size and price, deals, customer service from over the pond . Will be going back again

We all enjoyed our meals (except one lady) service could be better & quicker. They managed to get two meals wrong and waited over 10 minutes for 1 meal which just needed chips instead of mash. One lady was not happy!!

Greeted well and service fantastic. Had a few minor problems. I was asked if I wanted a dip for the chicken and when it came the sauce had been poured all over my fries together with the jalapenos when I would have liked this separate as it made the fries soggy. This was quickly remedied by the attentive staff. (Sarah) My partner's ribs were dry and there wasn't really sign of any mentioned sauce. Did not want to mention this at the time as the staff were so nice and we did not want to spoil the experience. Kind regards, Paul and Lisa

Was very good! sadly couldn't finish the meal as we was too full! was very good though, definitely will be coming back next time :)

Our order was incorrect being two wrong meals. The music was too loud and couldn't hear each other talking. Great food though. Burgers were brilliant!

We were greeted warmly and shown to a huge booth styled like a Cadillac. The drinks arrived swiftly and we had to send the waitress away twice as there was so much choice on the menu (a copy online would have helped) The food was great, we especially loved the Tater Tots.

First time visiting the diner and it was a GREAT experience. Loved the music, atmosphere and the food, what more could you ask for? :-D

Sarah was our host and she was excellent. The other staff were also lovely and charming too. The venue was fantastic and spotless. The music was great. The only improvement I could wish for is more choice on the menu, especially for vegetarians and also plain and simple food for fussy eaters too.

Great atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff. Tasty food. 6 diners - 3 out of the 6 orders came wrong, but they were fixed very quickly.

Food overcooked and almost inedible, service was very slow and dirty cutlery on table. No one came to check if our food was ok andxwe had to ask for the drink that was included in the meal

Loved it, we had brunch, freshly made and good coffee. We are going to try a Friday night when the group are on. Yes very much like USA diner. Well done everyone

food was great and fast to come out and service was friendly good value for money and will definitely be going back next time I'm down In Blackpool

Long wait time for service/food/drink. Loud band, whilst good, became a little overbearing. Nice venue, kid friendly. If you don't like a burger, this isn't for you.

The band came on to early and were far too loud. 5 of us day looking at one another as couldn't chat. Food good. Service (Dan) excellent.

We had to wait over an hour and a half for food, no activity packs for children to keep entertained, 2 choices of gluten free food, 1 starter and 1 main, terrible service, will not go again.

We booked a table for 5 adults and 3 kids. After waiting 75 minutes for our food, we asked for our bill. The manager apologised for the wait and we got a round of drinks for free. They have serious issues with serving staff and kitchen staff. There were other people who also complained the same night

It took too long to get served and after being sat at the table for an hour waiting for our ordered food to be served to us we ended up asking for the bill and paying for drinks and our 1 starter and leaving. Will not visit again.

We arrived at what I would consider To be the start of peak time 5:30 PM on a Saturday evening. We were seated promptly in a booth and our waitress Lucinda gave us great service and looked after us perfectly. The food and drinks arrived promptly and the food was cooked to perfection, And the singing waiters and other entertainment was a new experience and something different in a good way.The only point I would like to make which I did raise at the time with lucinda was that having the sweet menu on a small chalk board without the bennifit of some supporting pictures may be a marketing oversight on your part. As some of the deserts we seen going out looked great and the basic description on the chalkboard did not fully do them justice. I had the pancakes with maple syrup and butter while my partner had lemon cheesecake both were absolutely delicious . All in all in my opinion a great dining experience with great food and service and well worth a visit. We look forward to seeing you again next time we are back in Blaclpool

Great food fab singing waiters and entertainment. Back again this weekend for my friends birthday celebration. Booked a booth for 7 of us. Can't wait

Very nice restaurant great food nice staff, only down side was we had to wait 45 minutes for our food, but it was well worth the wait
