The service was dissapointing again, the lady took our order, there was only 2 other tables busy, a number of staff all stood around chatting yet 45 minutes later we still didn’t get our food. We were then told that the order had failed to come off the iPad to the kitchen so hadn’t even been started yet. Surely someone should have wondered why it was taking so long in the first place seens as they had nothing else to do. There was no offer of any drinks or extra prawn crackers for my son whilst we waited even longer then the bill came and they had added a service charge onto the bill. I queried it and she took it off saying sorry we meant to take 10 percent off the bill but we didn’t need to pay the service charge anyway so it wasn’t like they was doing us a favour. The food however once it finally came was good so that was the only plus point.

Been wanting to try here for ages, so glad I did as the food was amazing and really tasty. Waitress was helpful with it being our first time, and we will defo be going back

First visit to the restaurant, I would definitely recomend it lovely food and great atmosphere.

Good food, nice restaurant, not much atmosphere. Waitresses need to communicate more, we’re very helpful but we had three keep coming and asking the same thing all the time, how was the food, would we like to order some more drinks (when we already had), even ‘had we paid the bill!’

Food was very nice,we had various dishes,but for price you need 2 rather than 1 steamed bai bun for the price . Cocktails lacking alcohol. Apart from that ,food was yum and if you had a lunchtime set menu even better . Thanks

The decor is lovely. Staff very good. Food was fabulous so much choice and all tasted great. Visited before lockdown last year so glad it’s reopened. So many different and new dishes to try.

Food was warm not hot. Service was slow. Cocktails looked great but tasted weak. One had to be sent back as tasted awful. Underwhelming experience, won’t be returning.

Really enjoyed the food first time back after lock down. Finished off with a Vietnam coffee . Came to resorts world so I could get a table as I don’t have a lot of luck in Birmingham .

The food was lovely but the service was a bit lacking, We were unsure how the meals came out and it wasn't explained by the person serving us, and when we asked for the dessert menu, no-one came to ask us if we wanted to order dessert so we ended up leaving without one. I would definitely recommend the food, and I'm sure the service is usually very good, it may have just been a bad day for the person serving us. The person bringing out the food was very nice

Food, service and value of money all excellent and in different times we’d be back next week. Couldn’t fault the staff! I booked my son and I for a pre-birthday celebration and if it hadn’t been for this I wouldn’t have stayed. There was no social distancing or adaptations made to Covid. It didn’t seem a particularly safe environment to be in. 😢

The overall visit was amazing. The food was great, the staff were friendly and attentive and the vibe of the place was amazing.
