Brilliant food and service..would recommend a visit if you are a lover of great Italian cuisine with a reasonable price tag only issue was parking

This is a Fab little restaurant! It has a great atmosphere and wonderful food. The staff were friendly and accommodating (we had our young son with us) would definitely recommend

Lovely time, service could have been a bit quicker but everyone still enjoyed it and was good for the size of the table required with the addition of 2 extra chairs when other friends arrived.

Fantastic food and service would recommend this is a family run business and they make a lot of effort to make you feel welcome that is a rare thing

Another great meal. Never had a bad one! The steak was perfectly cooked and the sauce was heavenly, wanted to pick my plate clean. Friendly staff as always. Well done guys. Xxxx

We booked an early table so we could possibly choose from the early evening menu and for the 2nd time we were not offered this although we were there at the allotted time slot. We chose from the menu given to us which was more expensive but my choice was quite average. My husband enjoyed his choice but the price for the main was not to include vegetables so was just a chicken breast with sauce over. Expensive for what you get.The restaurant is popular as it has a nice atmosphere so it will always keep busy. Staff are attentive and friendly.

Food, delicious. Only gap in the menu - no mediterranean vegetables as a side dish. Ambience created by very friendly and attentive staff - excellent, a sense of European cafe culture. Unattractive view which cannot be altered but which is obscured by flowers

Fabulous meal - an old favourite that never lets us down . Great value for money and superb food. Like being on holiday for a couple of hours . Love it . Will Be back soon

Food was beautiful and staff were brilliant but had to wait half an hour for our table due to restaurant being very busy as there was a concert at tranmere rovers.

Great home cooked true Italian fare. Attentive but not intrusive service. Don't expect a luxurious restaurant by you will come away feeling full and pleased you chose to eat here.

hi it was busy on the night when we went to the villa venezia but are meals were well worth waiting for,lovely atmosphere and friendly service by staff,we even got a complimentary drink at end of the night. will be going back soon.

I have been going to V V for years, and what I like is that it's consistent, the menu covers most tastes, the food is good and there's always a happy atmosphere....the same staff have been there for years which says something!

Staff attentive did not rush you meal consistent as usual ,would like a cheese board selection as don't eat puddings but if you do great choices daughter loves the profiteroles with white chocolate

took the mother in law for Mother's Day on sunday afternoon, lovely atmosphere, the staff were very attentive and the food was great, had a lovely afternoon there

Usual excellent meal. Garlic bread as it has been for years, delicious. Friendly staff, good ambience, although some tables too close & can hear other folks conversations.

Food was as excellent as ever. However not sure the reservation system works. We booked for 7.30 and had to wait till 8.15 for a table. Would have rated higher if system worked. Great staff and again the food quality is second to none. Be prepared for a wait for your table even if you booked.

staff were very attentive, service was great and food excellent. we were a party of 4, everybody ate something different and all really enjoyed it. great atmosphere too.

When we arrived they didnt have a booking for us. It was busy but fortunately they managed to get a table together for us. Will book direct next time with the restaurant.
