Superb service, well cooked food, large portion and well priced. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. Staff were very attentive and couldn't do more to make our meal a pleasant experience

We were extremely disappointed with everything about this restaurant. From the sticky tables, unhelpful staff to cold and tasteless food. We couldn't wait to leave.

Super yummy food, great prices and excellent service. What more can you want? Well I’d like it to be screaming child free but I realise that’s unrealistic. I would go back, happily!

Very friendly owners. Lovely waffles. Great place for the kids. Go often as a family over weekends. Burgers are big and always leave feeling full!

It was a fantastic experience. The food was freshly made, the serves was great and the presentation of the food was awesome. There was so much to eat I couldn't finished it. My daughter and I are looking forward to trying more of your delicious food to eatin your restaurant and to take away.

Was ok experience, very friendly staff. food arrived very fast. Chips were abit under cooked. Milkshakes were very nice. Will have to go for the waffles next time.

Great to take my grandchildren (11&8) to. They loved the food and ate it all. Unfortunately it was different for me. I had the past. It was superb and huge and I was unable to eat it all. That's a first for me. The decor reminded me of a diner I went to in Miami a few years ago but smaller. The staff were very good and the guy with the beard was quite a character. I suggest you all try it. BRILLIANT. 10/10.

Delicious gluten free food, had a burger and a waffle. Good value for money. Yummy milkshakes, good flavours. Service is good. Place very busy so luckily we had booked.

Amazing as always... we went yesterday for my son's 8th birthday just myself and 3 children. The boys all had hotdogs and chips (but we have had the burgers before and they are very good too), My eldest child had it with bacon and cheese ... all delicious. Finished off with their favourite waffles and a special birthday surprise for my son which was a really special touch. Thank you so much to the waffle jacks team... wonderful service, delicious food and cool decor!

Had a fabulous lunch. Great food. Great service. Great atmosphere. Can't wait to go back again. Can definately recommend the chilli burger. Only sorry that i was too full to try a dessert!

We liked everything about our trip to Waffle Jack's. The food was tasty, and the milkshakes delicious. Each item in the burger meal deal looked so inviting that we hardly knew where to begin! Even more noticeable, though, and memorable, was the warm, friendly and efficient service that we received from staff. Fun and unique decor, too. We enjoyed our visit so much that we returned the next day to sample more of the menu!

First time here and it was great. Friendly staff, excellent food (reasonably priced) and a very happy atmosphere. Large portions (even for the kid's meals) meant none of us could finish ours off. We booked a table for 11:30 on a Sunday and by 12pm the place was packed. My only criticism is about the music. I would've preferred some Elvis, Buddy Holly or Eddie Cochran music (or similar) rather than the cover versions of Elvis and Green Day I heard. That would've made it a bit more authentic for me. Overall My family and I loved it and will definitely return.

Food was lovely and milkshakes were amazing but the service was a little slow as had waited nearly 15 mins before ordering our food but staff were friendly

Excellent food, excellent hospitality. Will definitely go back. The milkshakes were the best ever. Just don't eat for hours before you go so you can really appreciate it!

Friendly staff and good service. American-style food was average taste-wise and the milkshakes were fantastic. With a fun atmosphere, we would definitely go back again.

Went to waffle jacks yesterday after booking a table and the restaurant confirming our booking it was closed !!!!!!! Why was this when it said it was open ?

Great place to eat and socialise. Fantastic service and tasty food. Will deffinitly be visiting this reataraunt again. Wide range of food that challenges bigger chains on taste but beats them on price

Quality of food and service excellent at this American style diner. All freshly prepared and cooked on the premises. Burgers are first class quality and we appreciated properly chilled bottled drinks which are not run of the mill in UK establishments. Waffles delicious too. Altogether a very satisfying experience and we will definitely be back to sample more of the menu. The staff and owner himself could not have been more friendly and accommodating. Only slight snag for us was that we would have preferred plates rather than baskets for our main meal and would be even happier with no music but not a big deal. Planning to take a group of young people here for a celebration and I am sure they will love it!

We had a fantastic evening celebrating my daughters end of exams at school! We had fantastic milkshakes and waffles and the service was brilliant! Just what we all needed to relax!

This was a fantastic place to eat! Great staff who were welcoming, friendly and really went all out to make sure we had a good time there. The food was great, especially finishing the meal with the most delicious waffle I have ever had. I would defiantly go again and recommend waffle jacks to everyone I know!

Excellent service and food was outstanding. Had a cheese and bacon burger with mushrooms. Best burger I've had all year! Highly recommend that you visit this authentic American diner. Also do waffles, icecream and breakfasts.

The food was delicious and the service was great. I particularly recommend the milkshakes. The only thing that could be improved is adding a bit more sauce on the waffles.

A small unique treasure. Had lunch with my 13 year old Daughter and we both absolutely loved all of it. We had the burger slider platter, the red velvet waffle and the cinnamon waffle. We'll definitely be back. A very popular place it seems and the staff know repeat Customers. Loads of School boys came in straight after School for chips etc to take out. Surprisingly Waffle Jack don't have a policy restricting the number of School Children coming in. Though good natured best to finish up by 3pm or go in after 3:45pm. Good opening hours I think from 7am - 11pm so will definitely be back.

Good value for money. My children loved the hot dogs and waffles. Staff were friendly and efficient. Pretty quiet while we were there for lunch.
