Excellent food and service but quiet good choice and great value

We were a party of six celebrating my husband’s 60th birthday. Great food, excellent service and ambiance

Wow, where do I start, the bar/restaurant is tastefully decorated with mainly a younger & successful looking customer having a fabulous time. The separate restaurant upstairs is equally as welcoming with a young & very attentive staff who were very capable. The food we had was simply delicious. Oh to be young again, our party of 5 were considerably older than the average customer, however we felt very much alive there & loved every minute. Superb.

Food was lovely only fault was could do with hot plates to keep food warm. Staff were helpful and friendly

Service was ok. A couple of things we ordered never arrived & the bill wasn’t right but the food was exceptional so we’ll definitely be back. Would have liked a drink afterwards in bar downstairs but it was a bit raucous & not suitable imo for a romantic night out.

Wonderful food, great choice. We really enjoyed our evening and will book again. Only a small complaint - the main course plates should have been dinner plates rather than side plates and they should have been warm.
