Amazing food, beautiful scenery and friendly staff. Can't wait to return!

We would have rated great had we not to wait over 20 minutes to be served. We had moved from a quiet but cold window seat then thought being reseated we'd be asked to order. Despite us continuing to look hopefully around we had to eventually ask could we please order. The food portion was very generous, the food delicious, the setting beautiful otherwise.

First time for us dining at Wu Zhen and it was avery nice experience, the low tables were and the meals we had were fabulous. Very nice people willing to help. We go again tomorrow. Chris

Restaurant has a cute decoration and the atmosphere was great, silent because it was empty. Food was tasty!

Loved our meal. The setting was fab with the floor seating. Service was perfect and the food was so tasty!! Will definitely eat here again.

Most seats were on the floor and being elderly this wasn't an option. The table seat had no space underneath for feet and legs. There was a noisy party in a room nearby. The room was cold.

We had our own room with round table. Helpful attentive, friendly staff. Delicious food.

Excellent restaurant. Pour les amateurs d'Harry Potter, c'est le lieu de l'ancien café où les livres ont été écrit. Une fresque est présente pour marquer le lieu.

It's a very pretty restaurant. I found the prawn toast starter to be very tasty. Unfortunately, I got the beef noodles and while the noodles themselves were lovely, the beef left a lot to be desired. It genuinely tasted of nothing. The honey chilli chicken was a bright contrast and very delicious!

its fine, but the service poor, I asked the staff to assist with our choices, they didn't, we clearly then ordered far too much food but no sensible advice. Drinks took an age to come. No service mid meal. We had to go to the counter to ask for water or wave frantically to get attention. I had to pay at the counter too. Not somewhere I'd recommend. £240 for 9 of us we steep too, value for money 4 out of 10.

Very good food despite being busy during the Edinburgh festival.

We booked here to try something new, and we’ll definitely be back. Delicious food. One of the best restaurant experiences and meals I’ve had this year.

I was a lovely dining experience for my Wedding Anniversary. Food was beautiful and so much. I ended up taking some of it home. I would recommend this lovely restaurant to my friends and family.

Restraint is beautiful, staff are lovely and the food was exceptional. We felt so relaxed and welcome until a large group of about 12 people came in and were practically screaming and being too loud so we decided to leave instead of having a dessert. Will definitely be back.
