Great as always the service was efficient and friendly. The food exceptional. Three courses but only managed two. The quality of food is superb. My wife same as me managed two courses but our friend was determined to complete the three. His words were that was one of the best meals he’d had. We’re already booked in for Xmas eve. Roll on.
Fab night with great company.. Food was excellent and all the staff very friendly. Very reasonable price and well presented. What more could you want.
Nice food, very busy being a Friday and a tribute act on too so service a little slow at times. Staff pleasant. Otherwise a few real ales would be nice:-)
Waiting staff excellent but let down by food. The extra for king prawn cocktail wasted as prawns watery and ex freezer? Two of our mains were ok’ish but ribeye steak and sea bass both extras were over cooked. Two ordered desserts and were good but shame the one coffee was cool in wrong way.
Lovely restaurant!. Staff were very attentive, only issue was dark room, I couldn’t see my food, understandable it was an old building and historical, needs some light, but still lovely.
