Food was great! Portions were a mite wee though. Service was a bit patchy due to understaffing.

There’s more takeaways than sit in visits but as we aren’t local we were happy to overlook the restaurant experience we’ve had in the past because we just wanted to eat their lovely burgers again ,

We had a reservation but the restaurant were not ready for or expecting us. the service was slow. Had the chicken burger and chips and the food was great. Restaurant was quiet enough to be able to talk.

Really good food, but poor service due to being short staffed - no one bought our menus so we had to help ourselves after being sat for a long time with no attention. Had to actively flag down staff to order and pay. No one had cleared the tables.

Recommended by a friend of mine, we absolutely loved the burgers and will be coming back for more. The Yen Supreme is the best, so moist and delicious. And the bun is amazingly soft. Not heavy or stodgy at all. Dasi fries really complimented the burger. Would like to come back and try other items on the menu. The prosecco was served in a gorgeous crystal glass, so classy yet casual !! Love it.

Very average visit. Service was shocking. Our waitress weren’t very informed on food allergies and didn’t seem to bothered. We had to ask for everything including service and water. Downstairs was freezing! Toilets needed attending. Just not a great visit to be honest. Food tasty but I’d rather just get it take away

This was our first time and it has exceeded our expectations. Our table was booked for 12pm and we had finished eating our mains by 12:18. The service, atmosphere, food & drink was amazing. Definitely returning back.

Food was good but ordered a vegan burger and when the waiter came he asked who had ordered the gluten free burger. I said I had asked for vegan and he looked at burger again and said “oh yeah, this is vegan”. Ate it and was unsure that the cheese was indeed vegan but didn’t want to waste food, bill came and it showed as GF not vegan. Food tasted good but I choose to eat vegan for a reason. If you say on your menu that dishes can be made vegan then you should actually do that.

The service was good, but downstairs in the London Bridge restaurant was a horrible smell.

Accommodating staff, showed up with a bigger number of people and they welcomed us and helped makes space on a busy Friday night, very appreciated.

It was a nice atmosphere and we got free wine on the house.
