Rubbish service. Unaware of our booking, tried to tell us we didn’t have one, but could see it on the iPad. Then tried to put 6 people on to a table for 4 people. Ended up leaving. Would avoid! Also so loud inside.

Great day celebrating our 22nd Wedding Anniversary, food was superb and our waitress Sylvie was lovely, nothing was too much trouble she went out of her way to make sure we had a special day.

I visited Zukoa with a friend on a Friday evening. The overall atmosphere was buzzy, and quite loud, although that's to be expected on a Friday night. The drinks were good and the food we had was decent. Oysters were fresh and the other seafood we had was fine. The service was good, especially our main server who was excellent. She was friendly, efficient and a great ambassador for the establishment. The prices are very inexpensive also, given what you receive. I'll certainly return in future for a repeat visit.

The food was basic, the drinks could have been faster flowing as we went for bottomless brunch. If you’re going with your friends for a bit of a boogie then it’s ok - but you want an actual convo then forget it! the music was SO loud, no one could hear anyone. we asked them to turn it down but they said no unfortunately as it was a saturday service. but the place itself looks nice at least

We visited mid week, it's quieter then. We asked for seating down stairs, no trouble getting it. All staff very pleasant and helpful. Enjoyed the food and the place. Full Marks !!

We did a bottomless brunch at your venue and it was the best brunch and value for money that we have done as a group, the dj was great, staff where friendly and drinks were flowing wait time wasn't long at all and there was a good amount of food options on the menu and the food was incredible will definitely be coming and will be letter other know about you.

The vibe in the restaurant was lovely and the food was amazing. The service was a little slow, took a while to clear our plates, wait for another drink and then finally get our bill.

In hindsight we should have moved to a table upstairs as there were two hen parties on the ground floor with singing and whooping. One of our party was old and didn't like the noise, other than that I thought it was great and would return.

booked a table for 2.45 but had to wait 20 mins at bar. Service was very good, was kept informed whilst waiting. Food excellent, think they should warn you that the roast dinner pork option is actually a chop & not carved joint. Noise level was quite high, due to packed restaurant & quite a few children, but not overbearing. Had a good meal :)

Even though we’d booked a table through Quandoo, no table was available when we arrived. 1st staff member seemed to no nothing about a booking. After a faff a 2nd member said a table would be available in 10-20 mins. However a 3rd member admitted then admitted it would probably be double that or even longer. Left without eating.

Unfortunately the downstairs seating area was booked out for a party which we was not told about. We arrive 20 minutes early and sat at the bar 10 minutes before being served with drinks then was told our table wouldn’t be ready at six because people that were doing bottomless punches weren’t leaving. Two tables in the window were really overlooked by the bar and one was sat right underneath the Seating area was all around. The bar tables were very close together with some very loud young people that were just drinking. It was not a restaurant atmosphere at all. The staff having asked people to leave they were just standing at the bar and carry on drinking and being very loud. We decide we would have to try and find somewhere else even though it was 10 minutes past the time of our booking on a Saturday evening. I will go back. as the menu did look nice. We were going to spend a lot of money I was going to have the Tomahawk steak to myself which is £65, i just hope the food isn’t disappointing as well. I would not ever sit downstairs for food either It’s just like sitting in a bar, not a restaurant

It was absolutely shocking! They said they didn’t have our reservation even though I had 2 emails confirming they had. We left and went elsewhere. The attitude was terrible, no heartfelt apology. It was my Birthday celebration evening, fortunately Cote Brasserie accommodated us and were excellent.
