Had a good time will go again soon for a meal

Lovely host, food was great , the bubbles were tasty.

Didn't need to book as main restaurant was empty. There was quite a few items out of stock. Food ordered was tasty and total bill including a round of drinks was circa £30ph

Great service & friendly staff, as always. Enjoyed the katsu chicken burger.

Chicken was refrigerated cold and anemic looking shocked I didn’t get food poisoning

We came here for a bottomless brunch and we’ve been here before and it was great, but this time the food was served wrong and they also didn’t have any gluten free bread which was a let down so a bunless burger was served, the bottomless drinks definitely weren’t flowing and the waitress seemed very moody. We’ve now decided not to return to this place after several times of loving it.

Lovely lady who served us, she seemed rather rushed maybe on her own. The afternoon tea we had was adequate, no smoked salmon so chef done cheese and tomato rolls. Sausage roll looked like it come from a frozen batch definitely not home made. Tea came out in a massive metal tea pot with 2 bags in I asked for another as it had no taste. The scones were burnt, mine was inedible, only 1 lemon cake. Was it worth the money, absolutely not. Very disappointed, seems the afternoon tea is more of an afterthought than a signature dish.

Very basic, two toasted baps cut in half, lukewarm warm sausage roll definitely not handmade, the smallest scone and a small slice of lemon pie. Friendly waiter and plenty of tea and coffee

I’m not somebody that likes to leave negative reviews but we had a 5 o’clock sitting for afternoon tea couldn’t even hear my partner. The music was horrendously loud. I asked them could they turn it down slightly? I was told no point blank no consideration to the experience of afternoon tea no question is this a disability that you need it turning down or is it just an uncomfortable level? No explanation? Just point blank no. Our food was served to us very quickly and halfway through we was asked if we was finished and we let them take the train away because the music was so uncomfortable we got there at 10 to 5 for a 5 o’clock experience and left there at 5:25 and it’s supposed to be a 90 minute service. The atmosphere was uncomfortable. It was too loud and we was completely rushed will not be returning

Such a lovely venue, we had a really lovely meal in a very relaxing atmosphere, the staff are so lovely nothing is to much trouble for them.

Enjoyed a very nice afternoon tea with my daughter in law. Lovely surroundings.

The roll with prawns was small and was not what I would have chose. Had I been given a choice, I would have had the prawns in a sandwich. The sausage rolls were nice, but the small bunch of grapes on the side contained a couple of grapes that were inedible ie gone bad. Disappointing to say the least. I guess people a treated differently if they present a Groupon voucher.

They offered a table for dinner in a very busy and loud bar.... I walked away- very disappointed

We had a meal with a Groupon deal and everything was great. The atmosphere was nice, the steak cooked to perfection and the only waitress in sight although busy, really friendly and helpful. I would mention her name, but I do not know it. Thank you.

After being seated we were told someone wiuld be right back. We waited far too long to have our drinks order taken. The food was also very slow oming out. The steak was lovely but potatoes, veg and gravy were all just luke warm. With the time we had waited for our food we didn't see the point of complaining. Very disappointing meal

Attended for bottomless brunch with 3 friends. This is my 4th visit for a bottomless brunch and sadly it is definitely not as good as it used to me. Staff are friendly and relatively generous with the drinks, however the food is now poor. Chips were warm not hot and the burgers were so much smaller than they used to be. Sadly I have no intention of returning until improvements are made.

Our waitress was extremely friendly and attentive. The food was excellent. Would thoroughly recommend a visit.

2nd weeks on the trot going for Sunday Roast. All round delicious meal. They make really tasty gravy. Will be going back.

Vegetarian breakfast was really enjoyed, its unsual to have such a good range of vedgetian options!

Steak is top class, best peppercorn sauce about! Would alway recommend!

Top dining floor booked out for a party, so our dinner for two was downstairs in a very noisy DJ environment. Not advised of this at time of booking.Had to shout at one another to be heard. Wine served in a tumbler due to no glasses available. Not the anticipated birthday meal hoped for. However, the food, especially the fillet steak was exceptional. Service was good as well, no long wait times. Will visit again for the food.

Went as a group of 15 to celebrate, everyone enjoyed the restaurant and the food, could have done with a drinks waiter, other than that a nice day

Food was as great as always, the atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable, and the one staff waitress was very attentive and hard working. A great night to introduce friends to my favourite restaurant. A well recommended 1st class experience.

Slow service, food came out before drinks arrived, baring in mind it was a bottomless brunch. We had to keep asking for drinks. Service from a male waiter was rude. Advertised to be playing 90s r&b music but wasnt. More like background music, wasnt a great vibe. Wouldn't return.
