1964

Third time visiting this great Restaurant with four friends for Sunday lunch. We each decided to Choose a different meat and everyone was delighted with their meal. It was beautifully cooked and the selection of vegetables was the best we have ever had.

Very tasty! Lovely food and wine, this is a small restaurant but with very good service. We would go back again to try other things on the menu.

Great food, starter, main and dessert all well presented and beautifully cooked. Service prompt and welcoming, definitely be back in the near future. Reasonably priced.

Food very good but everyone has to choose from one or other of the 2 menus. One person can't choose from the a la carte and the other from the specials. A very odd requirement!

The meal was excellent the atmosphere was spot on only problems being slightly deaf I had difficulty in hearing the waitress.We will be back to enjoy the Sunday menu soon.

Something a bit different for Low Fell amongst all the Italian and Indian Restaurants. The food was amazing and the waiting staff were very attentive. It was a Wednesday night so quiet but I was told it gets packed on a weekend. I'm not surprised, if they carry on like this it will be packed every night. The menu changes every 3 months and we will definitely go back to try it.

Excellent cuisine, attentive service and definitely worth a visit. Good range of options for all three course. The restaurant itself is pleasant and welcoming I will definitely be going back.

Menu choice was good. Food was cooked to perfection. I had steak and I couldn't fault it. There were a lot of chips but I wasn't so hungry and wasn't able to finish them. The restaurant lacked a bit of atmosphere but the company I was with made up for it.

Wonderful experience. Food very good and ambience great. Great attention from staff. We will highly recommend this restaurant and spread the word about the experience

This was my second visit to 1964- this time with friends visiting the north For Easter. We were not disappointed. The staff were welcoming . The menu provided choice and variety. The food was very well presented and completely delicious. An altogether great dining experience. Keep up the good work!

My husband and I went to 1964 for Sunday lunch recently. The meal and attention to detail were superb. A very different dining experience and well worth the visit. Great choice of starters and the mouth watering meat was accompanied with slightly out if ordinary veg. I would recommend this to anyone who likes something different.
