This chain used to be really good but the standards have fallen markedly. This is my second not very good experience, I will not be going back.
There was only one gent at the reception who was really kind and actually seemed to know what he was doing. There was a lady who was rude and absolutely no customer service. As though she was unhappy we were even there. We also had more things on the receipt than we ordered (in quantities). Our tea wasn’t brought. We had to keep asking for menus, or anyone to even approach us. Not coming back ;(
Lovely restaurant, and nice and quiet on a Tues late afternoon ( The way I like it). Food was excellent and the service attentive.
Excellent food. Nice staff. Clean, fresh .Would visit again anytime.
Nothing like their King's rd branch. Way lower quality in my view
