Aberdeen Steak House

I always enjoy the relaxed atmosphere at this restaurant and the food is generally good, with no airs n graces. Overall good value for money

Firstly the restaurant was quiet not many people there for a friday night. Expected it to be busier. They had mussels on the special board but nine in the kitchen. They should of taken them of the menu.The pudding were not fresh. They had come straight from a frozen supplier. Not a lot of choice. We could of been given more choice in puddings as in ( cheesecake , tarts, pancakes etc).

Had to wait 30 minutes to be seated. Seriously under staffed. Having been seated had to wait a further 20 minutes for a waiter to come to our table for our order. The drinks order took a further 20 minutes to come followed by a further 20 minutes to get our food. For the first time ever my family complained about the food quality. I have the Brave burger and was disappointed as I have always had a great meal. My burger was so overcooked that it was like rubber and my fries were dark brown and very crisp to being cremated. We came last year for our Christmas dinner and it was good so decided to come back again. I feel that this could be our last meal with you.

Had a wonderful time - The Italian Owner was totally amazing - nothing was too much trouble and service was first class! Would totally recommend

Will probably not be returning, had an 8oz fillet which was cooked great but cold, a plateful of cauliflower, very cold salad and the chips came when the meal was nearly over. Nice guys but they need to sharpen up for their customers

Had a fab time as always. The steaks are great can not fault the food and the staff are always fun and friendly. Definitely recommend this place.

I'm using Groupon coupon and very happy about it. booked at 13:00 which is not very busy. Good food and Value for money. will come back again soon.

Excellent food the steaks are amazing, cooked to perfection, and the staff are welcoming and extremely friendly. We go here with friends regularly and have never been disappointed.

We come here often as love the place, the staff are always so accommodating and very funny and food is great. You will never leave feeling hungry. And the procesco is delightful.

The service was friendly. However the food was average. The mushroom source was more like gravy and peppercorn source was the same. Salad was basic. There was no real flavour. .The desert banoffi pie seemed processed and didn't really taste of banana. Disappointing. I won't be going back. I could have cooked better myself. Was not worth the cost.

These guys are really good. We had the muscles and prosecco groupon deal for £15 and it was amazing. My girlfriend is a veggy and there are plenty if options for her, but I will be comming back for one of the amazing looking steaks.

Starters were really lovely but unfortunately the mains were bad! Asked for the steak to be medium rare and it come out blue/rare! And the Burger was medium rare!

Shocking is the best word to use. Would never eat there again. The food was bad and the services worse, totally spoilt our evening out. Very bad.

Great staff and great food. Would defiantly go back. My only opinion is when they can, this lovely place would benefit from a refurbishment and redecorating. Thanks for the amazing service

Friendly service, steak cooked just how one would wish and nice crispy chips. There was ample salad and the oil and balsamic vinegar were provided so that one could mix the two to one's own taste. A very relaxing evening - couldn't ask for more. Stairs down to the toilets were a bit steep - not so good for the less agile.

The steak was delicious, the staff were friendly and helpful. They accommodated our large group. I had to enter ten more words to post review.

The restaurant was a bit dated , but pleasant atmosphere. The food was excellent. The crockery was mismatched and our salad came in what I would describe as a glass mixing bowl. service was excellent.

Poor food , poor service and no good booking as still had to wait for a table! When we finally where given a table it was as if we were forgotten , also order filler steak and to me it was cheap frying steak , very diappointed!

Terrible service. Booked a table for 15 people at 7:30pm. Came 10mins late & they gave our table away & made us wait at the door for 45mins. Thankfully the restaurant down the road had available seats & we had a fantastic time down there. This place is also outdated, looks more like a 70s kitchen than a modern steak house.

The food was good and the service was excellent and even though we had presented the coupon for our meal, we were not treated as second class diners. The waitress was very attentive, professional and friendly.

The waiter that served us did not listen to our requests and just wanted to leave the table as quickly as possible. Because of this our order was wrong and and the waiter argued that we did not specify our order correctly. This was not the birthday meal that I hoped for.

Awful service, watered down beer and fly in the bottom of glass. Not what you would expect from looking at on line. Very unimpressed and would not recommend

We arrived at the booked time and waited 10 mins to be seated. Once the table had been allocated we waited another 15 mins and weren't served, not even a drinks order taken. We left 30 mins after arriving. Very poor service. Wouldn't bother going there again.

The restaurant was really clean and the staff friendly. The food came out fairly quickly and was cooked really well. Myself and my partner commented that we would not have gone into the restaurant if we passed it on the street bit am glad that we had the fortune to there. Recommended

Has seen better days.Not a steak house anymore,The all street is run down ,with beggars Asking for money.Not a place to take your old mother.

Food was good but the decor and service let it down. We had a Groupon voucher to go so wouldn't have walked in off the street to go in. But the food was a pleasant surprise!

I had been to this restaurant a few years previous and the steak and service were hard to beat. This time however I wasn't impressed with either. Service was very slow and the steak was a nice cut of meat it just lacked in any flavour all I can say it was bland. 3/10 for the meal.

Fantastic mussels and prosecco. Location is great and easy to find, in the centre of the city. Had never been before but will definitely return and recommend yo friends. Beautiful restaurant and excellent staff.

Awful service, rude staff. Ridiculous portion of stuffed chicane for the price I paid, everyone else had burnt burgers. Definitely wouldn't go back, 10% service charge automatically added to your bill for an awful service

Very good food and the service is great the staff were very friendly and the owner came and had a chat after the meal all I all we had a very enjoyable evening and will definitely be going back

Service was good and food was good. Steak cooked very well and the home made cheesecake was very light as a desert would go back again

Fast service and reasonable price. 2 steaks, a pint of beer and a glass of wine came to just over £45. However the rump steak was a bit tough

Great food and lovely friendly staff all at a affordable price. Whent on a Groupon deal with steak and a bottle of Prisecco for my sons birthday.

Very warm welcome, followed up by excellent service. We had the 'Surf and Turf' which was absolutely delicious - the size of the T-bone steak was a bit overwhelming at first but it was cooked perfectly - I managed to eat most of it, much to my surprise. Overall, a most enjoyable experience.

Great staff. Big portions. Great ribeye steak. How ever you like your steak ask for next one up. I.e medium rare ask for medium. And if you think you can handle it go for the Tomahawk.
