Very entertaining, excellent customer service and food was also great, all in all a very enjoyable evening, and would definitely recommend to friend and go again.
Really friendly staff and the food was fantastic would definitely go back and recommend to friends also the price wasn't too bad we will go back next xmas
The food was great, Very Welcoming when we arrived, had a lovely Rose wine as well, convenient location, very close to Regencey Square carpark. +Easy to get to +Warm Welcome
Steak was lovely (fillet) although the sides/salad not as good quailty as the steak I would say. We got caught in a rush period but the waiter was polite and organised bread and olives for our wait.
The worst steak I have ever had served to me. we will never be going back to eat there, became a very expensive portion of frozen chips
Terrible, restaurant itself looks really dated and tired. Waiter was uninterested, no interaction at all. We were the only ones in the restaurant when we got there. The restaurant was cold, and we didn't receive a warm welcome. Food was straight out of a packet and warm through, steak was tough. Not nice. Will not be going to this chain of restaurants again
Staff and food were fabulous. Shame about the restaurant itself. Very much stuck in the 60/70s and in bad need of an uplift and full redecoration.
Friendly informative staff. Great portion size . Lovely atmosphere. Will definitely be visiting again, filled my three lads up and that takes some doing 😊🖒
My boyfriend and I went there as I'd bought a Groupon voucher. The staff were really friendly and the food was great. A really lovely atmosphere and the staff there made it a really fun evening. Highly recommend and I'll definitely be returning there in the future. :) 5*
Great food and fast service. Been there several times and it is quiet around 13.00. Food I good value, particularly the burgers. Drinks a little expensive but when the groupon offer is used it evens itself out
Excellent service and a lovely meal . Fantastic helpful waiter . Used groupon voucher and had plenty to eat on plate , bought extras too but was reasonable. Good steak
Service was ok. overall poor quality and won't be going again the steaks were not cooked well at all.nothing else to add just go somewhere else
The steak was amazing and the waiters were really friendly :) good value too, we had starters plus steak and a drink each for £65, can't argue as my fellas meal was the 20oz T Bone!!!
Imagine stepping back to the 70's and that it s the Aberdeen Steak House in Brighton. However, everything was very clean, waiter good and the food was very nice.
Overall a good meal, service was a little slow at the start but there was 12 of us!!! food was nice and Portions very generous. a easy 5.. many thanks
We had 2 meals there last week in Brighton and they were superb, excellent friendly staff as well. The beefburgers were massive and tasty and the steaks were equally good. I love the way the meat is on display and cut before cooking like a very top steakhouse.Fantastic value as well.
OK but not exeptionally great. Steak a little chewy although cooked to preference. Found the top of a wine foil in desserrt but waiter thought it funny &:nothing was done about it.
Was ok, my burger was slightly over cooked. My son enjoyed his though. Good size portion for a Groupon voucher. A clean and quick service.
Very good food, and the service was great, will be back, didn't feel embarrassed by using the groupon voucher as the waiter was quite discreet
A nice meal all the food was cooked as we asked it to be. The service was good all the food came out quickly and at the right tempreture an enjoyable meal.
Orders were wrong, steaks cooked wrong, had probably the worst porterhouse I've ever had that was fatty and poorly cooked and when I told the lady I was told you should have mentioned it earlier. Would have if we weren't ignored for nearly 15 minutes
I asked for my Fillet medium rare, when it came out it was rare and tough to cut through, I sent it back for a little more cooking, when it came back it was full of fat, something I hadn't experienced with a fillet before and once I had put on the peppercorn sauce it was again uneatable, the sauce was burnt and tasted so bitter. By this time my family had eaten nearly all of their food and although I was offered a fresh dish I declined and ate a bowl of chips. Frustrating as I had looked forward to a good old steak.
Great value with Groupon deal ! Disappointed with mussels but steaks were fab !!
Great pizza, very dry simple burgers and poor service, very cold staff. I'd recommend the pizzas for sure if you don’t mind the bad service.
Service was very slow, over 1 hour waiting for main course. Not just my table but others as well. One table got up and left. No reason given by owners, just said our mains were coming. Steaks not overly impressive either.
We didn't even stay long enough to eat, the staff were ignorant and almost rude, the waiter took my phone and wandered off to confirm the voucher and within this time took a phone call so we left feeling quite uncomfortable.
Excellent, friendly service. Reasonably priced, good and tasty food. Nice, varied menu especially the starters. Good specials board. Good selection of wines. I think it's wise to book a table in advance. Recommended.
awful ordered the rump steak and asked for well done when it came out it was a generous medium rare. the waiter couldnt understand why we wasnt happy with the order when the food came back the steak was finally well done but they clearlly didnt recook new chips as they were stone cold worst place ive eaten at. less that 2 min later take next to.us had the same problem. wouldnt never come back again.
Food was great as always although a long wait 40 minutes due to being so busy but we were told this when we were seated but all in all very good
The steak, chips and salad food was excellent and the staff lovely, it was just too warm as we were to the back of the restaurant.
Rude staff, mediocre food, wouldn't visit again. It was the first time and a few other people weren't happy with the service either so much that they walked out!
We had a groupon voucher for lunch for two. Friendly staff, good service and very nice food. Burgers were really meaty and salad really nice too. Good basic meal.
Very impressed with portions size the stake was a little tuff but would recommend the Aberdeen stake house Good value for the price staff friendly and helpful
Very good meat. Very nice service and good atmosphere. I went with a group and we all had lots of fun and would sure come back.
Don't be fooled by the dated exterior, the service, atmosphere and quality of the steak were fantastic, would highly recommend to steak lovers! Try the 12oz fillet!
Very friendly staff and great service. Burgers were really tasty and all freshly prepared with lovely fat chips. Would definitely recommend to all my friends.
Awful experience. My wife and I both had the same starter - prawn cocktail. The prawns were swamped by the sauce and expensive. We both had ribeye steak - my wife's was indeble - mostly sinew and gristle. Mine was also difficult to cut up but edible after a lot of chewing. When we came to pay, we asked for my wife's steak to be deducted from the bill. This caused an argument with the 'manager' who finally agreed to deduct £9.51 from the bill. Needless to say we didn't leave a tip and we will never return there or recommend the restaurant to anyone else.
Really bad. The service was bad, the food was awful, we got the wrong order and they never got it right, hot and cramped, just rubbish. Wouldn't bother going. Ever again!
Food OK and cheap. Service OK but waiter seemed a little surly (probably just his way). Restaurant a bit of a throwback to the 70's - wouldn't bother again.
We bought a two course Sunday roast voucher from living social ,they didn't have any Sunday roasts on the menu but offered us choice of sirloin or rump steak .we only had choice of soup to start .the food was very tasty but bit disappointed we didn't get a roast
