After having ordered the food, they brought out the wrong thing twice, the rice was dry and the chips undercooked. Having been here multiple times before, the quality of the meal has depreciated. Will no longer be going back

Took 10 minutes to get a menu, before asking for 1. Took another 10 minutes to get 2 glasses of wine and a coke. Full blown shouting argument between waiter and chef spoilt any atmosphere.

It was my first visit. The food was fresh and excellent especially the koubideh. Also had a takeaway, the portion of rice on takeaway was quite generous. Would come back soon to try some other stuff on the menu.

Very nice food and great service. I had the lamb chops for main course and I’d recommend them. My friends enjoyed kebabs of various types and seemed to like them too. The service was attentive and our food was served within a reasonable time. We will come back again I’m sure.

It was lovely, delicious and hot meal served. thank you. The staff were kind and responsive. Shame the main meal came late but the restaurant was very busy on Saturday night.

very good food, quick service, good prices. One of the best Persian restaurants in the area. Went with a party of 4 and we all had a pleasant experience. Parking available on the main road if visiting after 6pm.

On arrival our party of five were shown to a table in a separate large part of the restaurant. We were the only group in this section and then had a 15 minute wait before being shown any attention. It felt like we were forgotten. Eventually our order was taken and starters for four were reasonably quickly served. The fifth person had a further 10 minute wait. After another long wait our main course was served some one and a quarter hours after arrival. Several other couples had arrived in this period and seemed to get served promptly. Indeed two couples arriving after us finished their meals and departed. We had returned a couple of wine glasses which were clearly dirty and we wondered if this was the reason for being ignored. However, and importantly the food when it happened was good. Will go again and give this potentially good restaurant a further chance hoping this experience was a one off.

We have been here many times. Our favourite is the bread as it is home cooked on a clay oven, and the chicken special. They have very good sized portions and are friendly. Unfortunately we had a bit of a wait to be served, and when we asked for more water/wine it was forgotten, but this was due to it being very busy. Another member of staff on hand may have been handy! I would HIGHLY recommend visiting. (DEFINITELY book if you are visiting on a Friday/Saturday!)

Had a meal there on sat evening. The starters were delicious but unfortunately we did not enjoy our mains as much. Mine lacked a little flavour. My friend's was bland and watery and the other friend meal was so big that she couldn't finish it. We left a lot of food. The service was very good and my friend was asked if she wanted to try something else, The only other comment was just it was very smoky in the restaurant from the bread making which was a bit off putting.

Huge portions and friendly staff. The food is as tasty as you could wish. Thoroughly enjoyed the evening here and all at a very reasonable price. Very happy.

Delicious food, had houmous,babaganoush and haloumi salad between 2 to start then lamb chops with amazing tasting rice! Service was good too, will definitely return

Food was good, service horrendous. Things kept coming out at different times so we waited ages for half our drinks, then we'd all finished our starter before one person even got theirs, then the mains came out before he had finished despite me asking for a break between courses. Again one person's meal didn't show and we had to ask for it. Water we had to ask for twice before it came. We also had to ask for an ice bucket for our wine. Service was automatically rolled into the bill, no separate line item, so I had to work out the service and deduct it. Then I was told by doing so I hadn't paid. I explained that I wouldn't be paying service charge given the above and was told I was deducting this from the waiters salary. The 'manager' was very unprofessional despite me explaining calmly why I would not pay service charge. He even said I was shouting at him which was hilariously inaccurate so I just ensured they weren't going to dock one waiters salary (the poor guy who brought our bill but was not our waiter) and left. Shame, we won't be going there again!

We have visited this restaurant before, but this was our 1st time in the new section. Some may find sitting here feels a little away from the action, but it worked for us as we could chat easily. A couple of us had 2 courses with the others opting for main only, I had an aubergine dip starter & main of casserole with lamb & kidney beans. Those of us having starter ordered bread to accompany, the flat breads were big & we could easily have shared between 2. All the food was good, as usual, & nicely presented, service was attentive but not intrusive.

Was in a large group so night was fun but service was ‘strange’. Tried to serve main course without having had starters - they suggested we had it all at the same time which we declined. However, as always, food is amazing and incredible value for money. Big portions too. Will be back for sure as food just too good.
