A lovely meal that catered for all tastes in our group of 6 (vegan, vegetarian, carnivore). Nice clean comfortable surroundings and all the staff were friendly and made us very welcome. Great service too.

Friendly service and huge portions of good food from a standard Lebanese menu

I've been to Al-Arez dozens of times and I can never get over how amazing the Lamb Shawarma Wrap, Lamb Hummus and the absolutely amazing Apple & Mint Shisha plus Mint Tea is. I always have an amazing time, the service and atmosphere is fantastic, and whether I go by myself or with friends and family, the experience is positive, food is brilliant and service is stellar.

The food is taste good specially the mix grill But the mango juice I didn’t like it. I ordered fresh mango juice but it wasn’t fresh juice it was mango nectar one of the staff was so rude and make me so sad because of the way he talk and treat with me 3 times But the rest of the staff was polite, friendly and helpful as well Thank you

Table was right next to the bar, waiters constantly had to slide into the small gap between us to get food. the table was very unstable and moved around a lot. The service was unhelpful, chicken was slightly undercooked.

For a Central London restaurant, you would have thought the prices would be ridiculously high for something as simple as a lamb shawarma wrap. But no, the prices are so fair and reasonable you can go and enjoy a whole meal for just £10. The food quality is good in all aspects and the restaurant is clean and well maintained. This is close to Hyde Park so you can to relax in the park after a meal. With its competitors, Al Arez shines out as a more affordable restaurant, but that price does not affect the quality of food which is very high. I would for sure come back to this restaurant for the food and service.

We had a fabulous time. The service was great and attention from the waiter was nice. The food was lovely and portion size was very generous. Lovely atmosphere and the complimentary fruit then tea and sweets just topped it all off.

The food was ok but the staff were told several time on different occasion to get us water but all they did is go to the counter and talk amongst each other. So many times I went up to the counter and asked for glasses or water and on one occasion knifes. Service is crap but the food was ok.
