Amalfi - Yeadon

Food was ok not brilliant. Service was very good. Restaurant was very nice inside. Not a great selection on the early bird menu. That was what we went for and I ended up ordering from a la cartel menu. Quite expensive too.

Love this place. Sergio is a great host the foods very nice good value for money and the atmosphere is lovely also, would highly recommend

This restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and the front of house staff are very welcoming. Menu choice is good and dishes are great value for money; we spent a lot less eating here than we have done at other Italian chain restaurants and the food is a lot fresher. Waitress forgot about us a couple of times- we asked for some bread for the table- but the restaurant was busy and she was apologetic when she realised

The food was excellent, great service and nice atmosphere in the restaurant, very impressed! We will definitely be going back. Great to have somewhere like this in the local area.

Lovely meal with the family. Took the early bird menu which is great value for money. Tasty from start to finish, and washed down with an included glass of wine..... can't go wrong.

Lovely atmosphere very friendly, beautiful decor and great value. There is an excellent early bird menu available too including a large glass of good quality choice of red or white wine. Very friendly staff.

The food was very mediocre, and the waiter wanted to kiss all the women on leaving and some of them found this offensive. There was eight of us and the two people thought the food was ok and six people thought it was lousy. We will not be returning.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Food first class with plenty of choice. Only minus was a party of 12 who were extremely noisy. Two different bookings who were seated next to them asked to move. Hope this was a one-off.

We had a lovely meal here. My starter was scallops from the specials which was stunning and cooked to perfection. My husband had the pecorino fritters which he liked but said he thought they would have worked better with a more creamy stringy cheese like mozzarella. For mains, I had the chicken, mushroom and sage risotto which was beautiful and hubby had the Meat calzone which he raved about. The service was really good and the atmosphere was really relaxing.

The service and atmosphere was excellent, however the pizza was soggy and sickly and the risotto was terribly overcooked, therefore we won't be dining there again.

Once again the people, service and food at Amalfi was tremendous. Such a warm welcome on arrival and nothing was too much trouble. The range of food meant everyone found something they loved and I was surprised by how good the house red was! STILL my favourite restaurant and will be for a long time yet!

The food was VERY VERY good, the ambience took me back to Italy and the service was NEAR perfect. The only down side is that we felt rushed to leave and the Manager who was very attentive during our meal came over 1 hour 15 minutes in to our visit and asked for the table back as there was a bigger party waiting for the table. We was moved in to a very small bar area where we had to stand as the seating was taken up bu dinners coats, here we had to finish our bottle of wine, disappointing end to what was until then a fantastic dining experience. However despite the disappointing end to the evening I would go back again (perhaps at a quieter time) as the food was really that good, My wife said she hasn't had risotto that good since we was in Florence 2015.

It's very good friendly staff g would definitely go again atmosphere and good food . Did not have to wait long and so a good experience

Friendly welcome, quick and efficient service, great food and even a very friendly goodbye. Will be going back and telling friends and family. Nice simple décor.

Nice atmosphere, and nice settings. The food was excellent. We all chose different things on the menu and all enjoyed what we had. There's just a nice spread of choice, so enough without being over faced. Our only complaint would be that the waiters will insist on continually topping up your wine, a ploy obviously to order more. One of us had a G&T and the waiter spoilt the drink by pouring in the remaining tonic without asking which obviously weakened it and therefore spoilt it. It's only a small thing but really rather annoying.

Fantastic food and great service, our first time here but definitely not our last. The Antipasti Mista was a great start and the Linguine au Frutti de Mare was gorgeous

A lovely friendly restaurant - nice atmosphere and we were well looked after. The food was absolutely delicious - one of the nicest meals out I have had in a long time.

We were made very welcome by all the staff, they were attentive and friendly and accommodating. The meat sharing board was delicious and plentiful the cheese sharing platter not as good in comparison. The pizzas were authentic in taste with my partner enjoying the calzone especially. Overall a really enjoyable experience at an extremely reasonable cost.

Staff very friendly and food lovely. Was good atmosphere and busy. Weren't rushed at table. Restaurant done out nicely with plenty of room around tables so you didn't feel squashed in.

My Partner and I dinned at Amalfi yesterday evening. We both found the food to be absolutely delicious and the portions were generous. There was a good ambience to the place and the staff were both attentive and friendly. We will definitely be going back !!

Lovely place starters ok my partners streak was good but expensive with nothing at all with it my sea bream if you like sugar maybe it was good but lemon sugar cubes with it was not my idea of a fish dish really spoils it

Had a lovely evening at amalfy on Sunday. This restaurant has a good feel to it, food is excellent ,service Is excellent and all for a pretty fair price. What's not to like.

Fantastic food and service. No kids menu on the website but my two were presented with a separate menu and the food on there was great for them.

Amalfi has a relaxed and happy vibe - welcoming staff, great food and a good and reasonably priced wine list. So nice to have a great Italian restaurant nearby.

Welcoming, friendly, good service, excellent food very well presented. Pleasant well decorated surroundings. Plenty of variety to choose to eat. Sensibly priced. Would I go back? Ye, without doubt. Downside, piped music intrusive and unnecessary, distracting.

Good atmosphere, great food and a pleasant and efficient front of house team. The starters felt particularly authentic and were generous portions. We had no room for dessert!

Having booked for Valentines night, rushed home early from work. Overall very disappointing, service was appalling. The staff need a rocket. Starters took for ever, mains were very tasteless and when I asked where were the capers on my pizza, I was offered a bowl of dry tasteless raw capers which were spooned on. We eat out most weeks and sorry but we will not be returning to Amalfi. Very over rated.

Brilliant food and service, we will definitely be returning, host was excellent, very authentic restaurant and homely feel, prices good and not overly expensive .

The staff here are very pleasant and the place it's self has been done out nice. The food was ok, but a little hit and miss. My Italian seafood stew was nice, but my wife's sea bream was over cooked and abit dry. She didn't complain as she said the staff had tried and succeed to give us a pleasant evening. Will be back again to give it another try.
