Never been here before and don't know if we caught them on a bad day but service was slow. Food was okay without being great. I had Bolognese which didn't have enough herbs for my taste. My wife had lasagne and thought it too dry. Garlic bread was lovely though.

Best calzone pizza I have ever had and definitely going back soon. This place is amazing a true hidden gem in the heart of Liverpool and close to Liverpool1

Stuck us in the far corner upstairs on a table for four and there was only two of us and when we arrived there was a table for two downstairs. My starter was cold and I sent it back, no apology, no attempt to recover the situation, service poor. Very disappointing

My husband and I went for lunch and we ordered the daily menu, which is great because you can choose different pizzas or pasta plus drink. Pizzas are absolutely amazing and the waitresses were really nice and helpful.

Food was good. Waiter seemed disgruntled and irate. Staff inattentive and forgetful. Had to keep reminding them of certain things. And, no mention of cash only policy before you eat. It is only when you go to pay you see a small notice near till! Meals overall good value for money.

Food amazing as always however let down massively by lack of customer service skills. Was sat down at my reservation and wasn’t asked what drink I would like for 45 minutes.

We arrived at Amilia only to find they were only excepting cash so had to find a cash machine. Once sorted we were able to choose where we sat. Overal the service was slow after 15 mins we had to ask where our drinks were. Couldnt fault the food but was let down by what seemed a shortage of staff.

Great place mine and my girlfriends favourite Italian! While eating there for her birthday they gave a homeless man sleeping outside across the courtyard a hot drink and a pizza with some extra food in a bag! Was impressed by this kind act. Of course would recommend and done again, we both love it here!
