Tapas is better elsewhere, not great at all and not worth the money. The tapas we ordered seemed to come in 2 rounds, and the 2nd round was quite a while after we had finished the first.

Second time I've eaten here and again we've had a great meal. Busy evening so service a little slow but overall a good atmosphere. Nice to eat somewhere in the city that isn't part of a big chain

decent food , lovely staff, very helpful. I would defo go back to amantia again as the paella was one of the best I have had.

Polite and friendly service, one of our group noted down our group order of tapas which our waitress was delighted with. Food was delivered professionally to table and it was as we expected: hot and tasty then being mostly women our desserts were very much savoured too. The Spanish white wine was very good. Relaxing background ambience actually allowed us to speak to each other so we will be making a return visit - Thank you :)

Efficient booking system warm welcome, waitress street wise to the menu with nice sense of humour.Fine wine great tapas what more could you wish for.

The restaurant is beautiful and the staff friendly are friendly and accommodating. More importantly the food was delicious. This was a great find and we will returning.

Really great food, especially loved the peppers stuffed with garlic and herb cheese! Would definitely go back there in the future. Such a lovely atmosphere.

City centered restaurant with friendly staff and good cuisine. Try honey Aubergine chips- the great surprise of last year's and la novia rose wine- just perfectly eye rolling.

Asked for a paella that was stated as being large enough for two people on the menu. Had to pay double the price despite checking with the waiter that that was what was being ordered. Would probably not go again.

Excellent selection of tapas and starters(bread, olives, anchovies etc) and delicious paella! The paella is minimum two people but well worth sharing, cooked fresh and went down well with the sangria The servers were friendly and attentive but not pushy

the food tasted authentically Spanish and the tapas was sensational. The service was second to none. Despite being busy my table was attended to quickly and efficiently with a friendly smile. The cocktails were served in large glasses and good value for money. I would recommend to anyone of my friends or family to visit.

Lovely food and a lively atmosphere - very friendly staff and good service. Tapas are good value and we even got a takeaway box for the food we couldn't manage - portions are generous! We will come again!

Lovely food! I thought there was a good choice on the menu and it was reasonably priced :) Nice staff, relaxed atmosphere. Churros took a long time to come but that was it really!

Thoroughly enjoyed our food (tapas for 5) Good selection of dishes both for the meat-eaters and vegetarians in our party. Very good value for money too.

Really good food and service. Tapas very authentic and tasted fresh. The paella had plenty of fish and prawns, one was plenty for the two of us to share.Good atmosphere.

Great food great flavours and a decent ambience. Second time visiting and will most certainly be back for a third. Amantia offers quality food for a very reasonable price. The prawns are awesome with a good kick to boot. Until next time Amantia xx

We visited on a Sunday afternoon, was really good food, service was friendly and efficient but the place was quite empty which is a shame. Would go back.

Lovely decor in the restaurant , the service was brilliant and the food impeccable. We thoroughly enjoyed our first visit and we will be back!

We made a late reservation and while the food was lovely and the staff were friendly, we felt it lacked atmosphere. There was also a cold breeze every now and then!

Had a wonderful evening at Amantia with friends on Saturday night. We had tapas with gin served in goblets Spanish style to start followed by 2 paellas to share with Rioja. Could not fault the service. Great evening & good value. Will be recommended it to our friends.

Had a really good night. Food and Flamenco show both first rate. Staff also really nice. Well worth a visit. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Lovely setting, although a little cool from the air conditioning. Great service, steak was fabulous but my friend was not impressed with the pork. Herby mash was sent back as it was clear to soup than mash, but replaced fairly quickly with an alternative. Over all, lovely evening with good food, attentive service and our niggles dealt with well, I'd go again.

Very busy, so decided to try the gins before food, however first 2 gins I ordered were not available. This continued with the food too with no boquerones available. Food was good in the main and staff helpful.

We had a lovely tapas meal at Amantia. Food was very authentic and delicious. I will definitely be going again for their Gin cocktails !

Food seemed freshly cooked. Small portions for tapas, dates in bacon was my favourite. Sangria was nice but not very strong. Good service. Would come again but to try main course

Fantastic tapas and wonderful classical and flamenco guitar concert held in the basement of the restaurant at Amantia. A memorable afternoon and a very warm welcome received. Thank you Marta

Delicious and authentic Spanish food and drinks, nice and chatty staff :) we had a great time, they're only missing Cruzcampo beer and croquetas de puchero, but very good food and service ;)

Food was okay even if a bit pricey, the tuna tartar was nice. Service was okay, a bit slow. Atmosphere in the restaurant was not nice, seems to be trying to be a lot more formal than it is. We did not feel particularly welcome. The gin "cocktail" costing £7 was merely a G&T with some cardamom pods thrown in, didn't taste any different than any other G&T. Waiter didn't bring our change back so ended up just leaving a tip of £8 as we just wanted to get out of the restaurant.

Great food ok service, modern restaurant, had the tapas between four of us and shared, needed a larger table but overall a good experience, if you like tapas it's worth trying.

We really enjoyed our visit to Amantia. Not cheap but great food and it's perfect for a Friday or Saturday night, great atmosphere. One of the must haves is the gin and tonics on offer!

Really enjoyed the food. Fantastic service. Tapas priced 3.50 for some veg tapas to £6 for meatballs, Chorizo dishes etc. Would go again. Drinks average price for city centre.

The service was excellent from start to finish, even when my complained about the tap water. The food was beautiful and flavoursome. Plenty of choices on the menu, can't wait to go back and try something else

The surroundings and ambience were good, as were the drinks. Portion size could be more generous for the price, particularly the monkfish and steaks. Desserts were good.

Fabulous food and service - highly recommended! Try the figs wrapped in pancetta - absolutely delicious. We will definitely be going again. Yum yum yum!

Friendly staff but the food was very average, very oily and not very flavoursome. Overall, quite disappointing as the reviews were good - perhaps the chef was having a bad day. Would not rush back.

Went there last Saturday food was amazing we had the tapas and everything was so full of flavour and cooked perfectly will definitely be going there again

Great service, yummy tapas. Amantia made my friends birthday special and went the extra mile. I would recommend to friends, although next time I would be more varied in the tapas I choose as I ended up selecting many deep fried tapas by mistake!
