We had paella which was very good The bocqerones and bread and tomatoes as a starte were also good Service Afirst class Best to book
Lovely food and great chilled atmosphere. A fabulous place to hook up with family and friends. With tapas really the more the merrier. The Paella Mixta is to die for.
I'd give the restaurant a 6 out 10 for food. Not the greatest tapas we've ever had. Service could have bern better too. No plates cleared or anything desserts offered.
A lovely restaurant a short distance from Birmingham New Street rail station. Tasteful décor, good service and lovely tasting freshly cooked Tapas - would definitely go back.
Lovely food with large portions. Service was fabulous. We ate early so restaurant quiet but can imagine would be buzzing on a weekend evening. Would recommend.
The service from the waiter could have been better, by asking how was the food after being served. Waiter was not attentive to the table
This was our first visit and we enjoyed our evening. The staff were very professional and friendly and the atmosphere very lively. The food was very tasty with a good selection. Will definately visit again :-)
Excellent service, relaxed atmosphere and even better food. I would highly recommend Amantia if you want quality tapas. The sangria is also rather delicious, a great choice for date night or a special occasion
The staff were excellent and the service was very good. Unfortunately the food was only very average. The restaurant generally gets great reviews but we did not feel the restaurant lived up to expectation.
Excellent evening lovely food and really helpful service. Great choice of tapas with wonderful gin cocktails! Would recommend to all our friends. Will return soon
Lovely food, excellent customer service. The flamenco show was the icing on the cake - we had a fabulous night with a couple of friends. Highly recommended.
Incredible food and atmosphere. Also waiters are very friendly and helpful. Recommend to anybody wanting to go for couple dinners or group dinners to dine here
Lovely restaurant very friendly staff. Wonderful tapas. Paella very nice but would be even more delicious with more onion and pepper and a couple of wedges of lemon to squeeze 👌🏻
The food was excellent as was the service and hospitality from all staff including Amantia herself. Created was a real warm and welcoming atmosphere that helped make our experience there memorable. This place has quickly made my favourites list.
Amazing food, great service. Will be visiting again for sure.
First impression was wow nice place, then we met the staff and wow again service was very good and then we tried the food. If you haven't been there, you are missing out. Awesome
The restaurant serves very good tapas food which is good quality. The price was reasonable for where we were in Birmingham and the atmosphere was nice.
Authentic Spanish tapas and main courses in a nice setting with excellent service, really enjoyed the meal and would definitely recommend this place and return again.
Amazing tapas! As a vegetarian tapas is always a good choice but the variety and quality here was excellent - as were the churos and chocolate for desert!
Went for a birthday treat for my partner before going to the theatre! Although very quiet early on, the food was excellent and the service faultless. Will definitely be going back. Thank you for a lovely meal
Good choice of food and would go back to try some dishes again and new ones. Nice friendly staff and relaxed service Well worth a visit
Gorgeous Spanish tapas restaurant in a prime central location. Food was tasty & authentic & Spanish staff really helped set the mood...sangria helped too 😊 I will definitely be returning
Good food with a great choice of tapas. Great service, understated but attentive. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere & serves a good selection of wine.
Today was the first time I had been to Amantia . I met up with friends from outside of Birmingham for a very enjoyable and leisurely lunch. I will certainly be going again and will recommend Amantia to family and friends.
This is a great tapas place. Service is very attentive and the prices are reasonable. We tried several tapas dishes and all were fantastic. I highly recommend eating here.
Sharing an early evening tapas meal with friends was our plan and that is exactly what we got, served with a healthy serving of bread and lager. We chose many meaty options from a double helping of lamb kebabs, meatballs, to seabass. My favourite was the spicy chorizo, it was v delish and comes highly recommended.
Very good portion size and lots of choice for vegetarians. Nice ambiance and good service. Friendly staff. Authentic Spanish cuisine. Plenty of space and city centre location
Staff we lovely & welcoming and the food was brilliant. I would definitely go there again, it's also only 5 min walk from the train station.
Great food and service, could ask for nothing more from a restaurant. there are less expensive Spanish restaurants in the area but this one certainly has the edge.
Excellent food as always. Service was exquisite. Went with family as part of a celebration and would certainly recommend to anyone visiting Birmingham who would like to experience Spanish cuisine.
Little gem in the centre Birmingham. Perfect place for lunch. Beautiful food and wine. Great service. Great prices. What more could you ask for? Be seeing you again soon
Modern contemporary restaurant setting with excellent selection of delicious Tapas and Main courses. Can highly recommend the Croquettes great service and all dishes reasonably priced.
Tapas were delicious and an excellent pre-theatre eating experience. Staff were pleasant and efficient. The menu was Ideal for a group including meat eaters and vegetarians. Good cocktails and wines.
First visit to amantia and certainly won't be the last. Excellent food, with good portion sizes and prices, good friendly service. Will definitely be returning and have recommended to friends and family.
First class in every aspect food, service and decor recommend very highly. The tapas is well priced and the potions generous. A good and reasonably priced wine list. You must go if you are visiting Birmingham
We really enjoyed our meal at Amantia. The one thing I would change is that we are asked at the beginning whether we would like all our orders to come at the same time or not, rather that it just coming in two halves. This meant that our lunch period overran considerably. The food, however, was absolutely delicious and I would very much recommend anyone else to try the food here, particularly on Mondays when the tapas is 2 for 1. The portion sizes are generous and I would say no more than three tapas dishes per person. The service was also very good - warm, polite and not at all intrusive.
Me and my husband enjoy a lot eating in this restaurant. Sangria is my favourite one. Very tasty food. I can recommend this restaurant to everyone
The food was great quality and good size portions. Service was attentive without being annoying. The restaurant overall was lovely with a nice relaxing atmosphere. Price was reasonable for the centre of Birmingham.
The food was really really nice. They're motto did make quite a lot of sense with the promised taste of Spain. Will come again, the flavours were stunning.......
Great tapas, reasonable prices, good service, lovely ambience. Would recommend. Will definitely visit again. Next time I would like to see the flamenco. Excellent lunchtime experience
