Anatolian Grill

Our 2nd time at Anatolia me & my partner shared a bottle of turkish wine from a very good selection of turkish & international wines however i would recommend trying a turkish wine they offer a far better wine for a really good price ours was a excellent cab franc for £31. Foodwise we had a couple of starters garlic prawns & a hot mixed starter both good, the real star was the main, a chefs special mixed grill for 2 (posh kebab) lamb chops, koftas,lamb breast, house made donner & chicken all cooked to perfection & will make you wanna eat more than you can manage, not close to a posh kebab more a turkish feast. The staff are some of the most accommodating & polite, my partner noted that due to the nature of the food you want to get stuck in & the helpful staff were on hand to offer fresh napkins, throughout our meal without us asking, very nice touch. This was our 2nd visit & im aleady planning a 3rd to take my father who has a large appitite to see if we can finish the mixed grill. Overall best food, wine & service in the area.

We had starters and the seafood platter for 2 . For dessert my wife had chocolate souffle and I had baklava. The food was really nice - superior to other local Turkish restaurants - and we greatly enjoyed everything. The service was friendly as well.

Amazing food excellent service can't complain greatly enjoyed our night, my self and my girlfriend were served quickly with amazing food and by great hosts

I have been here twice and both times it has been excellent. (booked online). The service is very good from very pleasant staff. The food is lovely and the restaurant is clean with a great atmosphere as it has been busy each time I have been. They do early dining offers which are excellent value. I will definitely be back 😀

Really nice food. A bit noisy but the fact that it was so busy meant that there was plenty of atmosphere. A full restaurant speaks volumes about the place.

As usual we all had a wonderful meal...it was my bday and i waas treated like a queen.. The staff were their usual attentive self snd my bday dessert was sickly sweet but deliciousxx

Having been to the Anatolian on a number of occasions, the food was delicious as usual. However, the service was quite slow and the restaurant wasn't fully booked.

Starter was very nice - 3 of the 4 of us didnt like our main course. 2 of us had Donner and 1 of us had Anatolian chicken. Meat on both dishes was poor. Donner was too dry and hard and chicken was fatty! They offered to make us something else but we didnt want it - would have preferred money off the bill. We did get 1 large desert between us and 4 coffees f,o,c

Everything was lovely, staff were very welcoming and efficient, food was delicious and the set menu deal was excellent value. Will definitely be returning again

Excellent value and wide choice from the set menu. Lovely staff. Service was quite slow given the restaurant was not busy at lunchtime but not an issue as we were not in a hurry.

Lovely starter - mixed platter of dips etc with pitta bread. All incredibly fresh, humour was delicious. Mousakka main was great as well - very good vegetarian meal.

Food is amazing, very reasonably priced and the staff are lovely and welcoming. Replace meals no problem if something isn't right. Ive been 4 times upto now and I'll be certainly going again many more times in the future.

The restaurant was very nice clean the lay out is very good plenty of space a nice seating area the waitresses and waiters were very welcoming and attentive the food was extremely nice the price was really good definatley go there again

Great food, some confusion over the bill at the end. Really well looked after and the food was delicious. For such a large party and the peace of mind for other guests, may have worked better if we were a little tucked away rather than in the center of the restaurant.

Wide selection of really tasty food. Big portions too so good value. Staff really friendly and great atmosphere. Definitely plan to go again very soon!

Visited for husband's birthday at 7.45pm. Superb friendly service, fantastic food, entertained the young teens too, highly recommended chicken sizzler and falafel. Restaurant is very clean and beautiful decorated throughout, definitely will return 18.03.17

Lovely restaurant with fresh tasty Turkish food. The Anatolian Grill never disappoints, it's one of our family favourites, good food, very friendly service and a nice atmosphere all without travelling to the town centre.

Had a wonderful evening celebrating my Mum's 85th birthday. The food was fabulous and the service was attentive but we did not feel rushed. Definitely will return very soon.

Good food but service lacking. Took over 10 minutes to clear plates and then another 10 before order for dessert. The place wasn't full so there shouldn't have been a problem.

We took my dad for his birthday. All the food was tasty and perfectly cooked, and the service was excellent. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Friendly lively atmosphere & helpful friendly staff. Decor fresh and clean and comfortable chairs too!! Food hot tasty and plentiful. Good choices for non meat eaters too. They were extremely busy when we visited so service was a little slow but our server kept us informed of what was going on so we didn't get frustrated! Will visit again.

Came here for a birthday meal with the family. Received great service. We didn't have to wait long for our meals. Will be returning here in the near future.
