Lovely food but I do feel they cram too many people do it was fairly noisy and didn’t have slot of room between tables

The place was cramped and the place was not clean at all. The table and knife/folk were unclean. However, the service was really good.

Food was good, service from 1 waiter in particular was excellent but there seemed to be a lot of managers doing very little except holding the front door open which let gusts of wind into the restaurant making for an uncomfortable dining experience as I wasn’t able to take my coat off throughout the meal.

Seating was too crowded. You were nearly sat on each others laps. Would definitely recommend the food

Very rude staff! Had an hour wait for our food. The table next to us had sat down, eaten and paid for the bill then we got our mains. Not very good

It was a nice enough place. Price seemed fair and for the most part good meal. Just seemed some of the food arrived barely warm. Luckily my husband ate my cold mac and cheese.

Great Food! Ribeye steak was amazing. Very resonable price. We did feel a little rushed but it's a restaurant with a fast paced atmosphere when comapred to most steakhouses. Not impressed with the toilet facility cleanliness!

20 minutes to get beverage is too long. The dinner was perfect. The dessert was a disappointment.

The waiter is extremely rude & uneducated. He needs to visit a psychologist to fix his behaviour and attitude. He shouldn't be working in this customer service environment with this type of attitude.

Das Essen war absolut lecker wie letztes mal. Auch die Reservation hat perfekt geklappt. Nächstes mal gerne wieder.

Special thank you to our waiter (apologises as I don't fully remember his name) it began with a M, he is very tall and extremely attentive. He has a slight ascent also. But he was very nice and made us feel comfortable. Thank you x

Never received water we ordered along with our drinks and had to return steak as asked for very well done and got just about it done medium again it came back my partners dinner was nearly finished. Waiter was nice. Food was good but would expect to get mushrooms and onions as a standard with a steak. Place was busy dont know if staff were new or experienced but manager appeared to be giving out to them at times which didnt really look great in front of customers either to be honest about where people shud be gettim placed or others being served .

We arrived no table booked for us, we waited 30 minutes and were offered 2 tables of 5. Beers were served warm and 2 meals had to be sent back , food very overcooked and not hot . Very over crowded . Wouldn't go back and won't be recommending it to anybody.

Es war viel zu laut und kam uns vor wie eine Massenabfertigung. Zuviele Menschen auf engem Raum. Mit wohlfühlklima hat das nichts zu tun. Schade ... aber das werden wir wohl nie wieder besuchen oder gar empfehlen!

Knoflook/kaas brood hier is zoooo lekker! 1 steak was goed en de ander was vol met vet en niet medium gebakken. Juist de steak gekozen waarbij bijna geen vet zou zitten. Zoete aardappel patatjes waren ook prima. Wordt wel te snel geserveerd. We zaten nog aan het voorgerecht en kwam ze al afruimen omdat meneer met ons hoofdgerecht achter ons stond.

Nous avons très bien mangé, le serveur était rapide et serviable. Le seul bémol : le son de la musique était très fort, on ne s'entendait pas.

The food was delicious, my boyfriend and I enjoyed our time especially since it was the first time we’d been to the restaurant. Staff were helpful also.

Overall we loved the restaurant. The meat was very good, so was the wine, and we even got to have a typical English Christmas pudding!

Very quick, efficient and attentive service. And very nice food!
